Clear picture and a reliable brand it's worth buying

great midrange 4k tv, does what i need it to do!!!

I originally purchased a Vizio 70 inch E Series LED 4K TV. I was very impressed. Only problem was it couldn't fit on my TV stand and a dead pixel appeared within 2 days. I scheduled a return for the TV so I can upgrade to a better but smaller TV. I did my research and had my eye on a Samsung model. While in store an employee steered me away from the set I had researched and pointed me towards this. I did no research on this but it's Sony, what could possibly go wrong? As soon as it arrived I realized a feature was missing that was on my Vizio, Dolby Vision. When the screen is dark I noticed grey spots especially in the bottom left corner which is not bad when the TV is actually producing an image. It's not bad, but not what I was expecting. I was shopping for a quality TV and instead was sold a budget one.

It is a nice set, but the picture at the store was enhanced by Sony's chosen demo picture. We were unable to compare apples to apples with other sets as they are separated in the store. Once home the picture was about the same as our other set for 2x the price

great color and picture. good name brand, good sound

Tv has great content on it. Accesses anything a teenager could ever imagine finding. I highly suggest buyers learn parental controls. All content is high quality.

Had this TV for about five days just not for me!! color saturation weak motion blur...... Vizio quantum 65 inch blows it away for slightly more money ..

Got this Sony to replace our 9 year old Sony. It’s a great Smart TV. Great for Youtube TV and Netflix. We also switched to Xfinity internet to handle needed faster speeds. We are very happy with our purchase!!

Color and picture in this tv are very good. Overall it’s a nice tv. One minor nitpick is that it doesn’t have a sleep timer. My major gripe is that it has that super awful imagine delay despite having the proper refresh rate. It makes me sad

I Purchased this TV, April 2015 for $2300 I also purchased the extended warranty for $499, you can now purchase this TV for $1300 and the warranty for only $299, that’s a very big difference in four years. My panel is now bad , lines in TV and sometimes no picture at all only the sound. Thank God I purchased the warranty they will be out tomorrow so let’s see how this process goes LOL I’m curious if they will give me a TV for the value I paid which was $2300 or just the now current price of about $1300 ... to be continued...

This Sony is a great buy for the price. I am surprised how great this tv is considering the bad feedback. The clarity of the HD is outstanding. The viewing angles are all good the light reflection is decent.

I wanted a second 65" TV and Samsung no longer made the TV I had, so I went with this one because it was ~$200 cheaper than the new version of the Samsung one. I thought: "How could I go wrong with Sony?". I found out the hard way. Personally, I like my older Samsung better both in picture quality but especially in the smart interface. Sony's interface is clunky, choppy and nowhere as responsive as the one on the Samsung. The image quality is also not as great. Sometimes I feel like the brightness changes up and down during scenes. I guess this may sound like a Samsung paid review, but it isn't. I used to be a huge Sony fan and I had only switched because they were so much more expensive. I thought it was time to switch back but I was wrong. Now Sony is not as expensive, but it's for good reason. They're also not as good.

We are enjoying our new television we are happy with the updates from our 6 year old 60in Sony. but one thing we don't like is that it's a little bit darker then our older Sony but I haven't tried to adjust anything on the television yet but other then that we are enjoying the television

Love the tv but gotta give the salesman credit for selling it. I wanted a cheaper tv 600 max but he sold me on the Sony and sound bar and extra satellite speakers. Great job and loved the whole experience.

Love the voice control on the remote. Anytime I want to open an app I just have to tell the controller to open it. Also it can be linked with Alexa and tell Alexa the same commands to work with the TV.

This Sony 65” is exactly what I wanted, mounted on the wall by the Geek Squad, makes it great for the large room I have it in. The clarity is great, and together with a Sony sound bar, I love it.

This TV was recommended to me based on my usage and I couldn’t be happier with it. It did take a little while to navigate the menus to set it up correctly for my Xbox One X, but now it works perfectly!

Excellent tv, amazing and easy settings. I'd recommend a sound bar or surround system for louder sounds and movies but that's just my preference.

Bought this to upgrade my home theater system does no good if you can’t get your receiver to hook up to the TV I’ve tried to have Best Buy help me out to no help at all and Sony’s customer service is even worse and they have no answers can get them to send a technician out to look at this very disappointed will not by Sony ever again They know they have this problem for their TV hook it up to an AV receiver but have no answers to how to fix it pretty sad from a major company

We are very happy with our new tv. We have picture in picture with this model, which is why we chose it as many tv's do not offer that feature. Also love the google voice feature in it too.
