I love my Sony TV and all of it's features. Samsung was always my first choice but I picked this up on a black friday deal and never looked back.

I've had this tv a couple of months now and I haven't had any problems. I love how deeply saturated the colors come across. I would buy it again.

I was truly excited when I purchased this TV 2 days ago. I went into the store because I was ready to upgrade from my 4 year old LCD. After being helped by 2 salespeople, they pointed me in the direction of the Sony x850f. They said it would give me the picture quality and deep blacks I was looking for. Now $2000 later (Sonos included), I've learned I was lied to. The picture is not consistent. There is a consistent, hazy glow around the edge. Some blacks look crisp and others cause the entire screen to look as if it is viewed through a vail of smoke. I've tried multiple.calibestions and there had yet to be one that works. I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy and Sony for this model. I called customer service to figure out what to do. First, I was reassured that it is an amazing model and to give it another day, essentially brushing off my concerns. The following day it seemed to be worse than prior. I called again and in the course of 40 minutes I was tossed to 9 different people, none who helped find a resolution. Plus, I had to explain the issue to each person because no one communicates between departments. The final person told me all other departments are now closed and I need to call back tomorrow. This is absurd! One person I spoke with (who is supposed to be a product expert) said they were going to read the model comparisons to me from the website and was extremely rude. I was floored, being I could do that on my own. I am trying to figure out the best model to switch to and need more than marketing jazzed descriptions on a website. Best Buy, you need to do better. I simply want a good shopping experience and product that is worth the value I paid. Please help!

I love this TV and my friends too. I recommend it to everyone that watching movies on a great screen. I’m enjoying it very much this summer.

65” TV, Soundbar and DVR all Sony. Installed Sanus wall mount and connected TV myself. Easy! Very satisfied and Black Friday prices were unbeatable!

Even though the tv has a very good picture, it is very disappointing the selection of applications you can install on it. In particular can’t install XFinity stream

Cost another 450 to get 4K on direct tv so you can watch your tv channels in 4K. Without 4K on set top box you have to switch HDM settings back and forth between Netflix and direct tv if you want 4K on Netflix

So far minimal complaints, great TV for the price. Haven't been able to get a UHD blu-ray player yet. Streaming 4k is good, but not great. I am currently using my PS4 PRO for gaming nice rich detail.

We just love Sony. It was delivered and installed by Geek Squad today. They did an exceptional job. The color and quality is fantastic.

This Sony tv is really the right size for my living. I know that currently the TVs are getting larger and larger but I like thus Sony

we bought this the week before black friday. we're pretty happy with it, and we even went back and bought a 2nd one on black friday.

Exchanged unopened as it would not fit the nook buy 2". Recommendation by consultant was wrong. The replacement was also a Sony.

Everything was great except I put a call in the geek squad guy about my Blu ray problem & he never called me back (but told me before he left to be sure & give him a call if I had any problems!).

Everything is excellent. I just wish there were more 4K channels offered. Why sell 4K TVs that don't have many channels to watch?

Bought this TV on sale at Best Buy, sales associate was very informative and it was delivered on time. Setup was easy to complete

Great tv in almost every aspects. Android software sometimes crashed when ps4 is being utilized.

Have always been a Sony family and this tv just continues that. Quality product at a good price, would recommend to anyone.
