This is a fantastic TV and Sony has best rated processors.

I always expect a High Quality out of Sony and was a little disappoint with this TV. always have internet issues, but colors is pretty good.

...TV for the money! There are more expensive 65s and less as well but this one is probably the best bang for the buck.

Sony is consistent, year over year. We purchased this TV to replace an old Sony and expect to enjoy this TV as well.

Does not do well with black/dark images in lit rooms. The dark colors in the TV reflect outside lighting rather than appearing as the images were meant to.

Great TV for home and for gaming. Budget for a sound bar to go with it since the sound quality isn’t great. This isn’t uncommon for thinner televisions so it’s to be expected.

The previous years model of this tv was recommended to me by a best buy employee. They claimed to have owned one for years used it for gaming and movies. So, I bought the new model of the same tv. Not even 5 months after purchasing, it will not power up. Sony support is sending a service tech to fix it on site. However, they will not handle the tv. It must be in a "serviceable" position when the tech arrives. So, if it is mounted the Sony tech will not work on it. Also, will have to take a day off work to allow a stranger to work on my tv in my home while I mount/unmount it for them. I'm mostly annoyed with Sony's response to this than anything. They are providing some unnecessary inconveniences, for which I have paid a premium for. 1/5 would not recommend.

Can’t afford OLED just yet but this is the closest one I came across and I’m happy for this purchase. It would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for it being expensive than it should be.

Professional service, prompt delivery, great set-up

Was choosing between this and the Samsung. Very pleased I spent a little more and got an overall better product.

This was a beautiful TV. It was however, too big for where we wanted to put it and had to take it back.

Love the set up very nice people. Came in set up system showed us how to use the product. Cleaned up and left.
