Best Buy was excellent at replacing. Could not have been happier with their customer service. My replacement TV (provided by Best Buy) worked very well for 3 weeks; super picture! Then suddenly, I lost an ability to get a picture from cable TV and DVDs. Because the TV is within warranty, Sony offered to replace it. Estimated delivery is at least a week or two. Sony was not terribly apologetic about my experience and offered no recourse or compensation for my terrible experience except for a replacement TV; 1-2 weeks later,
