Disappointing

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this "true" 4K TV based on the Sony rep's recommendation while in my local store. I was used to LG and Samsung models but was willing to give this one a shot, given features as compared to the rest in its class. Within two months, the set completely failed. Sony techs came out and ended up replacing all of the internal hardware so it would work again. I wish I could say that's where the bad luck ended. We're constantly getting kicked out of apps that are loaded on it, and we frequently have to do a complete reboot to reset the issue. Before you ask, yes, our WiFi is solid; no, we don't have these problems on any other TV or device; no, we've never seen these types of problems before getting this TV. Bottom line, I've never been disappointed by any product from Best Buy as much as this one - and it's something we use every day.
