Cause they ain't chiming anyways.

Called Geek-squad they said sorry can't do anything to fix it. tried to return it to Best Buy they told us you only have 15 days to return after purchase even though it took 5 days before we received it. so on day 16 of the purchase they refused to take the TV back. What a reap off. I do not recommend Best Buy to anyone. Costco offers three months return policy and sometimes even beyond that.
