I did like this tv, however, the blacks were not black enough for my taste. On certain shows there was glitching, even with proper calibration. Overall nice looking TV, just couldn't get over the blacks not being true black!

Everything that supposed to look dark looks gray. I would only recommend this tv if your not going to use it for movie night.

In my opinion, the picture is ordinary and not superior. I regret purchasing this TV, with Best Buy’s complicated return policy, it was too hard to return. If I could, I definitely would.

We can access Netflix with the one touch button but the Google feature does not work. When we tried setting it up and it didn't work we called the number for support. They told us it was a Google issue. When you call them they tell you it is an issue with the tv. So we can get Netflix but other "perks" of this tv - Google, HBO, Sling TV you absolutely cannot get to work even with their tech assistance. We have had other issues with it as well and would never recommend it. Wish we had taken it back within the first several days we got it.
