Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great TV, beautiful picture and quality with 4k programming. Smart content is good also. Only issue is that Sony claims this will be Dolby Vision compatible and there still hasn't been an update yet. Common issue as I have researched this more. Hopefully this will come soon and if/when it does, this will be a really great TV.

Sony XBR-65X930E - Awesome TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have finally come into the 4K arena, took me a bit, had to wait for a good sale. Upgraded to a 65" and WOW !!! The ease of setup was amazing, the picture quality is like you are right there with them instead of sitting on your couch. I had to have the Geek Squad take TV out of box, put stand on tv and set tv on entertainment center, friendly and professional would recommend...Looking forward to many years of enjoyment. :-)

Best in class
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sony 930e is a significant step up from last years model. Picture quality is incredible in hdr mode. Even non 4K content is upscaled very well. Having hdr10 and Dolby capabilities future proofs the tv for a number of years to come. Also, the speakers are surprisingly good when playing audio without the surround system on.

Great tv overall
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV may seem a bit expensive but its worth it. My only qualm is that the processor may be a little slow to load programs. Auto power is a great feature when powering up other devices connected to this tv. Sometimes turns on in the middle of the night if settings aren't adjusted to not auto power up. Great viewing angles and great sound. Picture is incredible and beats out the competition for its price.

Superb 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read dozens of reviews on everyone's latest, greatest and watched some 20 different sets displaying a wide variety of content. I know OLED gets a lot of attention these days, but I kept coming back to the Sony 930e. The colors are gorgeous, and the upscaling and video processing are impressive, which was perhaps the most important consideration for me given relative lack of native 4K content. Let's face it, most content is still 1080p and that won't improve for another couple of years. Sony’s X1 chip and imaging prowess really shine here. Also, the viewing angles are wider/better than expected, at least compared to what I read in some reviews. Check it out in the showroom and you'll see what I mean. Finally, the audio is well rounded, robust. Definitely better than most, tho I'd expect most folks will still want sound bar or full HT surround setup.

Perfect large flat screen TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this together with a Sonos Playbar. The sound quality is great, and it integrates well with the cable box. The range of colors is crisp and clear, and we love watching sports on this TV. The remote could be a little more solid, however, it has many functions, including netflix and google play. We originally purchased a logitech universal remote but the installer said if we used this, we might lose some functionality with the TV. We kept the remote anyway, and plan to see whether this is correct or not. There are many adjustments that can be made to the picture and sound. The TV speakers are very good, but the Playbar is a fantastic pairing. The help functions on the TV are like on a computer. We did not use the Geek Squad service to mount the TV, but would highly recommend having professional installation because the TV is heavier, than one would assume most flat screens to be.

Great TV and Features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 weeks into my purchase, it took a little bit to figure turning on features with the universal remote shut others off, but great picture, stability on the legs. Where the remote sensor is positioned off to the side was genius (sound bar sits in front of tv reducing effectiveness with other tv)

Amazing TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best HDR TV I have ever experienced. I went LED over OLED because of price and I'm waiting for OLED tech to get better. You will not be disappointed with this TV's picture quality. Make sure it's the 930E series. Worth every penny.

Outstanding TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Deep blacks, really bright display, and good sound. Once I set up the TV, I was pleased by the picture. I didn't have to tweak settings much to get vivid colors. The only con I'd give it is some light bleed from the edges. It's not that noticeable, though. I'm happy with the TV set so far. Once I hook up the 4k gaming console, I'll update the review.

Simply Stunning Visuals
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first saw the XBR65X930E in store (early 2017), I knew it would be my next television and first 4K HDR model. The highest levels of Sony technology and quality, an amazing picture - all at the perfect size. I researched and watched in person all of the competitive brand models to make sure. From my point of view, the Sony was clearly the best option and value for my price range. I see today you can grab this at $1,999, which is $300 less than I paid in October. You are nuts if you don't jump on it. It was worth every penny at $3,299 earlier this year, and an unbelievable deal right now.

Great picture and sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this TV for several weeks. Picture quality is outstanding, features are easy to use and hook up to my AV receiver was a breeze. You definitely need 2 people to lift the unit out of the box and install.

Great picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First Sony tv purchase and very impressed with the picture quality and upscaling. Last four televisions I have bought have been Samsung but Sony has surpassed Samsung in my opinion. 4K gaming on this is great as well.

Excellent television
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was torn between the 930e and the 900e and ended the search with the 930e because of build quality and price. I really wanted the directly lit panel of the 900e but have found that I cannot tell I am missing it with the 930 because of the brightness. I use the TV in my very bright family room and have never had any issues with glare or wash out. The smart TV features are not overbearing and fits nicely with the TV use. If I had to do it again, I would make the same choice.

Best Ultra 4k
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Forget the other brands. I purchased the Sony Soundbar with this TV. So easy to set up - no need to fine tune - this set makes it dummy proof. Great picture.

AMAZING!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read a number of reviews and wasn't sure about spending the extra money to get this model over some of the cheaper 65" Sony models, but I'm so glad I did. The picture is amazing. Some of the on-line reviews by experts said that the off-angle viewing was not as good as straight on, but I haven't noticed that. Colors are bright and sharp. Also, I have this set up in a room with windows that shine directly on it. This does not cause any glare for me and the image is bright enough to look good, even in full daylight. All around, I'm very pleased with this TV.

Outstanding TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was shopping for a 65” Ultra HD TV and researched what Sony had to offer. At first I was sold on the Sony 900E model, which is in fact an excellent TV. But when I looked more closely at the 930E, it became obvious it was a superior model, plus it was on sale for $1999. Best Buy delivered and set up the TV yesterday. I was amazed at the picture quality, so bright and vibrant. Supposedly OLED offers the best picture but I can’t imagine anything much better than what the Sony 930e offers, especially at this price point. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.

Wonderful 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this 4K TV to replace our beloved 62" Pioneer plasma. It was a tough decision because the picture quality on the plasma was and still is fantastic. But wanting to move into the world of 4K, we made the decision to go with this Sony XBR65X930E. We're not sorry. The image quality is fantastic, the colors very realistic, the 4K viewing spectacular, and the bevy of features quite impressive. Frankly, only a few short years ago this level of image quality and feature set would have cost thousands more than it does. Pick one up and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent high end TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV at reasonable price $1999 on sale. Excellent for watching sports with very little motion blur. Brightness means that it can viewed in area with strong natural light. Clever wiring design means you can keep all your hdmi cables etc hidden. Solidly built - weighs close to 100lbs. Had Sony products many times before and this one again matches the quality we’ve always expected from them...can’t go wrong with this one especially if you find it at a good price

Very high end 4k HDR tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was trying to decide between the LG C7 and the Sony 930E. With the price and reviews on the 930E that is the way I went. I was not as concerned with the possible blooming issues as most of my viewing is streaming video (which is excellent). The darks on the 930E are so close that I doubt anyone would notice a difference from the OLED without a measuring device.
