I bought this TV after I had moved out and had to leave my older generation Sony Bravia 55 inch. I got that TV on with a insane deal but I really liked it. Do to my experience with that TV I decided to upgrade to the newer 65'. Overall this TV keeps the things I loved about the older generation and improves on other things. Image: This TV had a great picture. Decent brightness, vivid colors, and very solid and dark blacks. To my eyes this is tv is close to as good as you can get without spending way more for some of the newer display technologies like OLED, mini LED, etc. Don't take my word for it though once you get into "good" TVs you really should be going to the store and seeing them for yourself, what will edge out what you like more is going to be personal preference. Sound: Based on personal preference I like the sound on this TV, what is objective is this TV is LOUD. I've never even put it up as high as 50%. For me this is a huge bonus because I've never felt it was necessary to get a sound bar. If you aren't planning on doing a surround sound setup and you just want good clean stereo audio without the headaches that tend to come with a sound bar I can definitely recommend this TV. Physical design: this is a good looking TV, bezels are thin, the included stands are simple and unobtrusive. And there are no obnoxious LEDs on the front that will light up a dark room. Other than that, not much to say Remote: I honestly love this remote. Not a bunch of unnecessary buttons, it isn't too big, the buttons don't click but they do have a positive feeling press that makes it clear when you've actuated the button. The biggest thing I like about it though the fact that it doesn't use IR as it's wireless technology, because you don't have to point it at the TV, button presses are super reliably registered, even when I in the next room in the kitchen while having Spotify, or YouTube playing. Software: I really like Google/Android TV it is simple and easy to navigate while still being able to let you dig in a bit. For example it's nice that I can go into settings and force stop applications that are having problems so I can restart them without having to fully restart the TV. And on more basic things, this TV is going to have all of your standard streaming apps available. Really the only negative I can say about this TV would be the price. While I happily paid full price for this TV and do not regret it in the slightest, I also recognize that there are better deals out there. So if price is your biggest factor this may not be for you. But if this seems like a reasonable price to you and you are happy with everything else I can recommend it. If you can get it on a sale then it's a no brainer.

This is such a massive improvement from the Samsung I recently had in my room. The colors are richer, gaming performances has drastically improved, and i love that i can log into the tv with my google account and instantly log into all of my streaming services. The menu for basically everything is a phenomenal upgrade as well. Overall im thoroughly impressed! The biggest thing that won me over was the price & the size. The quality of this tv feels like perfection to me.

Finally settled after trying at least 5 Led/Oleds the past 4-5 years. I’m coming from one of the most excellent tv pictures ever produced in the Pioneer Elite FD-141 plasma which is an 2008 model and still has a excellent pic. Recently returned a LG C2 Oled, and also a Sony A80J Oled, which both had great pics but I decided I didn’t want to spend the extra money on top of purchasing the geek squad 5 year coverage. Before returning the Sony A80J Oled I thought I’d give an Led a shot. Picked up the X80K 65” and was very pleased with the picture. Plasmas and Oleds are known to have great off angle views if you’re sitting off to the side, which is important to me as my living room is narrow and long. The X80K has a great picture straight on, and surprisingly has a pretty good picture off to the side. So it was a no brainer for me to buy the X80K with the 5 year protection plan for a lot less than what one of the Oleds would have cost me. Most of my tv watching is cable, Spectrum, streaming content, mostly YouTube, and also use a 4K Blue Ray. Sound is fairly good from the tv, but I use a home theatre receiver. I like the remote as it is smaller than the previous year model, another selling point, which connects to my home theater receiver, awesome. So I don’t have to use 3 different remotes if I don’t want to. I included some pics of the Sony. Straight in front, off to the side. Almost 2 months later I’m happy with my choice.

Best Buy delivered and installed our new tv. So nice to have experts come in and get the job taken care of without and delays or delimmas. And the 65”Sony makes you feel like you are there . So pleased to be under the Best Buy service plan. The tv we purchased went on sale and Best Buy honored the discount. I would definitely recommend purchasing your items form Best Buy. The sales person ( Ryan from Oeensboro) was excellent at getting us set up .

I bought this tv in good faith of the sales associate who was informing me of all the tvs! For the deal I got I wouldn’t second guess the decision either. I saw a lot of reviews about backlight bleeding and as I’ve watched movies and tv show at all times of day I have not experienced that, or glare. I saw reviews other places where people said this is not the best tv for movies and I would have to disagree! This is probably one of the best TVs I have owned and have had an amazing movie viewing experience with it! I hope this helps.

I have always purchased Samsung TVs because they are awesome. However this was on sale so I gave it a go. This has changed my mind about Sony and I may be switching to Sony from now on. The picture is AWESOME. The apps and set up is so easy and connecting to my Google account was flawless. Don't think about it, just buy it.

So far the tv has been amazing for our needs. It's not 120hz, but it's plenty good enough for how much we sit and watch tv. Having Google built in makes life easy for our home system and no extra remotes are needed. Sound is adequate, but eventually will look into a sound bar.

I order this beautiful 65” Sony Bravia in the online Best Buy store and picked it up on my way home not even an hour later than purchasing it online. Customer service was outstanding considering I arrived earlier than expected, which then they expedited my order and had it in my vehicle within 5-10 min.. A big thank you to the N. Dartmouth team for expediting my order and putting it into my vehicle that fast. I recommend Best Buy 10 out of 10 times. The tv is a little thinker than expected. To get the best result sit in front of the tv not on the side. Brightness could be better. Sound was good but recommend adding a soundbar. For the price of this tv it is beyond worth it to purchase. Best TV I've ever purchased. Crystal Clear. Great bright settings. Great Smart TV Settings. Easy to navigate. The size is great for living room. I want another one for the other room. Photo doesn't even come close to how it looks in person.

I’m really loving my Sony X80K. The picture is super clear and vibrant, and the sound quality is way better than I expected—no soundbar needed. The Google TV setup took a bit to figure out, but now that I’ve gotten used to it, it’s really easy to use. Overall, just a great TV. Totally happy with it!

We just bought this TV on Thursday we set it up and there were a cluster of red dots. So now we had to exchange the TV. Best Buy number one gave us ZERO hassle with the returned TV. We wanted the exact same one. We knew it was just a Lemon. Our new tv picture quality is excellent. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you BEST BUY for your customer service! Also thank you Sony for making the best products! Please don’t let the cluster of red dots make you think this is a bad review. The replacement TV is perfect and the picture is great. We love Sony.

This tv is worth the price, especially considering it’s size. The tv is huge and has great sound quality and visuals as well!

The Supervisor/Floor Manager did a great service for what I’d previously bought and returned(LG) trash. This Sony is a beast of a TV to say the least, very fine tuned and durable. The picture quality for the price CANNOT BE MATCHED! He assured me that this television was in pristine condition and had excellent picture and it was that and more. I will buy from BestBuy again strictly because that dude took responsibility for his subordinates mistake and did his best to recoup my trust as a customer. I’m pleased to say, thank you floor manager guy.

Why I didn't buy this before?! This is a perfect tv! Great picture quality and I don't need the google chromecast installed anymore as this has an internal google tv app in the tv itself. The sound though is not that good but I have the external speakers so it was not an issue. Overall Sony TV pictures are great compared to other brands.

The TV works well joy the picture and it’s beautiful. It’s very nice job looking it up that’s what I did so that was good. My only complaint with the Best Buy process is that OK with the television on the wall? A lot more expensive than it used to be I think it’s too expensive for Best Buy listening to this lower your prices on TV station next time I’m gonna need somebody else to do it. As I aid I love the TV.

Tv was great picture perfect 65” size was incredible, we enjoy the largest screentv, would take time to get used to beautiful Scream TV. But the size is a 65 inch in the wave probably 60 pound only two tiny may be 14 “ length, 2” thin holder 60 pound weight pTV stand on both side almost 6 “ away from the frame on both side I think the accident waiting to happen !!!!I think Sony company Need toRe-examthe TV stand design?????

I love all the settings and google assistant. Easy to use and install. Able to use many different apps and live TV suggestions. Quality and images are very crisp. Thin with easily removable stands.
