I bought this as an upgrade because I already had speakers from my old unit. Found out that I cannot use my subwoofer because of different type of input. I also experience echo in every soundscape except for one. Also the unit shuts itself off if you pause the TV for more than 10-15 minutes .Does have great sound in the one field I can use. I have a 4K sony TV hooked up by the HDMI.

Was going to purchase an onkyo for more but realized this was much better for the price and quality. If you like simple yet want to have the option of going complicated then this is for you. Best of all is the 4k compatibility and multisub outputs. Can't wait to purchase more speakers. I'll have to replace my doormat to say hello to the cops who'll stop by for the noise complaints. BTW, I purchased this on open box. Best decision I've made this year, so far...
