Setup took a few minutes, but figured out it was my fault. Only drawback is the lack of back lit keys. Other than that, it works very well. It helped me get rid of 4 remotes, down to two.

I had a little trouble pairing it up.. My boyfriend had to get it to work w my tv and blu-ray.. Now it has lost connection again.. Unsure how or why.. No batteries have came out or anything.. But now will have to try and pair cable box w it.. Oh boyfriend!!!!! Haha

Some of the buttons are in the wrong position but once you get used to their location it functions adequately
