    I had to return the same TV set as the wireless card was not working and the TV could not connect to the internet for streaming sevices. The geek squad team replaced the TV with another set. Since then no issue with the TV. Great qulaity pic and bestbuy service team.

    The Tv has been fine. The three star is more so for the information I was given at the store. The mount holes on the back of the tv are not as stated by the Best Buy Employee. I have found that most people at this store are friendly but ill informed on products and warranties. They will not be there when you come back with a warranty issue. When speaking to management they they spoke to me as if I was lying to them about what I was told about my previous warranty. Then I was given misinformation about the warranty on this just as last time. There needs to be training. At this point I don't think they really care. They are making the decision to purchase online instead of the store easier. Amazon has is becoming my go to. Which is a shame because I like to push the button and physically touch a product before I buy it. South Arlington Tx.
