    I was extremely disappointed with the signing up for the Best Buy Credit Card experience. The credit limit was $2,000 short of covering my purchase and Best Buy did nothing to help me get the Rewards points for the whole purchase. Shame on you to shame, shame, shame! The salesman promised me the 65" Mini-LED picture would be nearly as good as the 48" OLED I also purchased. Not even close. The technicians, 3 of them, didn't get my 65" set up correctly and it required me to pair the remote to both the TV and the sound bar!

    Everything about this TV is awesome ONLY when you sit right in front of it. If you move off axis just by like 15 to 20 degrees, you will see the image quality being degraded (like a white wash has been applied to the images). If you host some watch party with your friends, they might not see the best pictures if they watch the TV from side.

    Constant software Issues with Sonys

    I am not sure whats going on with the Sony brand. I made the switch from Samsung and I think I will be going back. My Samsung lasted 10+ years and is still working. Meanwhile My Sony stopped working and was flashing a red light after about 3-4 years. I then went and purchased another Sony and it is now turning off and on by itself. I have had it about 1 month. I am not sure what to do since I don't have the box anymore. I have unplugged it multiple times, reset it to factory settings, updated the software. Everything I can think of. Sony has some major software issues and I don't think I will be buying a Sony anymore unless they fix this current situation. Great picture, but terrible software.

This is definitely not the buying experience we want our customers to have. Your TV may turn on or off for a variety of reasons. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV.

      If your TV turns on or off at regular intervals, such as 30 minutes to an hour, it's likely caused by power saving functions such as Idle TV Standby, On Timer, and Sleep Timer. if you haven't yet, follow the steps from this link to disable Sleep timer, Idle TV standby, and Auto shut-off settings that may cause the TV to turn off automatically.

      The quality of the source is a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. Having said that, picture mode settings provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing. Picture settings also allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, clarity, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings].

    New Bravia 7 with dead pixel

    Love the 75” Bravia TV, only a dead pixel nearly dead center of the screen is very distracting when a bright bckground during a movie or when gaming. Called Sony customer support, and since it appears to only be 1 pixel it is considered ok and normal since there are millions of pixels. Was in formed yo take a picture and if more pixels go out to call back. If this is the change is Sony customer support, this will potentially be the last Sony I ever buy. They have really reduced their customer service over the years.

It's completely understandable that this would impact your enjoyment, particularly during bright scenes in movies or when you're gaming.
