Great TV so far. Picture is great, can’t speak for the sound as Tv is used for picture only. Sports, movies and games all look great!

The TV has great clarity and picture. It has a very small frame which gives it a great look on the wall. It's also very thin.

Over many years, Best Buy has always been my go to place for most, if not all, of my electronic needs. My last purchases began with a lot of research. Turns out that Best Buy’s home page had all the detailed info I really needed. That included helpful, customer feedback, both positive and negative. There was also a lot of fun banter that went on and I think we all walked away feeling more than satisfied with our shopping experience. Dilly Dilly Best Buy, Dilly Dilly!!!

Good picture although I don't have 4K programming. Can't imagine what it will look like then.

This tv was ordered for our son-in law in Las Vegas,NV, so we went out there for Christmas and we there when it was delivered , he was very surprised. We want to THANK Steven Thompson at the Rockwall,TX store for helping get this accomplished.

We love our 75" TV. Our grandkids rather stay inside to watch movies all day on it. I don't think that's a good thing or not... but we sure do love it!

Love the Tv love the 4K UHD. Fantastic tv best tv.

Good bright screen resolution, but the blacks are grey in color and has backlight bleeding. I called Sony to resolve the issue but they told me the tv was performing within spec. Luckily best buy let me exchange the tv for an OLED. Best decision ever. If you aren't picky this tv is fine. However, if you watch lots of movies then you won't be happy.

Has not been a year since my purchase and its already acting wrong. Had colored line coming on and off . Factory warranty expiring in 1 month so not good . Had Samsung before for 5 years never had any problems

To spend that kind of money on such a large screen made by a big name such as Sony you would think it’s well made and would last trouble free for quite sometime. That didn’t happen. 2 months after the purchase date the tv was not taking the new firmware update, contacted customer service, stayed good 2 hours on the phone to finally decide that the main board needs to be replaced. So far so good, after replacing the main board the TV grey tone was more of a green tone really After a few phone calls with decent and RUDE CSR Sony finally agreed to replace it with new one not a certified one since technically the main board had to be damaged right out of the box. So now with the new or certified Tv (which I have noway of knowing really. When you play an HDR content the picture quality becomes very poor, but I found out that if I went to advanced settings, toggled HDR setting auto to HDR 10 you get an amazing picture. Clearly this would be a firmware issue. So why Sony is letting something like that without a fix Based on this experience, I so regret buying a Sony TV

I bought this TV in 2017 and today 2/2021 the screen went bad. It seems to be a known issue. Green and pinkish white horizontal lines. Sort of looks like a flag design. The TV is in responsive to anything I can do. Glad I bought a 5 year geek squad protection. Going to contact them now to see what they will do about it.

The XBR75X850E is a great TV for the price. Good contrast, pretty good black levels and a good peak brightness. Picture quality is top notch, great clarity thanks to X-Reality Pro, amazing colors thanks to the Triluminus Display, great 4K upscaling and HDR remastering thanks to the X1 processing chip, watching true 4K HDR content looks amazing, and has a really good looking design for my eyes at least. User interface is pretty good, runs very smoothly for the most part. If you’re looking for a big tv with great quality in all aspects, the XBR75X850E is definitely the way to go for sure, absolutely no regrets getting this TV.

I purchase this 75" TV to upgrade from an Sony 52" and I cannot believe what a difference! The picture quality and color is Awesome. No regrets of spending the money for this large TV. The 4K is a vast improvement. Until you can see the difference, you cannot realize how a picture can be better. Unreal, but totally REAL!

I have a 15 foot wide wall I needed to fill. A 60 inch Sharp was on a stand before and pretty much got lost. The 75 hung with a flat mount is right on the money. Black level is good. Not great compared to a smaller 65" and $1K more set but, what you see in the store is what you get. Sports are amazing. Vivid colors, no motion blur. Geek Squad hung the TV perfectly, set it up, cleaned up well, were very friendly and helpful. No issue with glare. All angles are very good. And at $1899 black Friday price an absolute bargain. Even at $2799 it has good value. Can't go wrong here. The only thing I will say as sort of a CON and it should be obvious, with a 75" TV your source material will become glaringly apparent what you are putting into the TV. Standard def channels are hideous. 4K is amazing. There's no in between at this size.
