Pros: Size. Built in Sound system. Multi function remote. Alexa controls. Nice Netflix integration. Cons: Due to the size, and the backlighting, the Outer 4 corners of screen show ""white fog" when rest of screen is black. OLED would get rid of that. Overall this is a great TV, and with care, I'm hoping it lasts for many years.

I found my experience at Best buy to be amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped me pick the right TV. I have been recommending all my friends to go to this Best buy location.

Football lovers will appreciate the great picture. So far it seems pretty user friendly for someone new to smart TV.

I returned a sony 75" qled tv and traded it for the lg 75" 4k ultra hd uhd smart tv and the installer told my wife i was downgrading my purchase and he couldnt believe i didnt like the samsung. well the samsung picture was dark and blurry. i could not believe the picture on such an expensive tv was so poor. the lg picture was much clearer and define. the installer obviously did not know what he was talking about. well, maybe he should just install. just saying

Using two of these for our church sanctuary for worship

Been a Sony TV owner for over 25 years and have been happy with the picture throughout the years and this new set is no exception. Wasn’t a big fan of all the smart TV features, but this set is changing my mind. The built in YouTube with its 4K channel really shows off the picture quality of this set and for the first time in my memory, the picture at home is as impressive as in the showroom. Speakers are so so, but aren’t they all on these thin big screens.

This is my first Sony tv, I did have a bit of trouble with the Google set-up but I was able to set it up manually. Some of the main setting are hard to find. Other then the setup it's a great tv.

Great picture and easy to use. Excellent when paired with a sound bar. The family is really enjoying this.

Picture is very clear. No glitches. Easy to install. Instructions for putting on stand are not intuitive

I read reviews for all the major brands since this was to be our main TV and wanted to get it right. The Sony consistently had great ratings but I was still skeptical since I had owned Samsung products for the last several years and felt that Sony had become a bit of a dinosaur. Well, I can tell you Sony is back! This TV has an outstanding picture and when you can find 4k content, it is incredible. Get this TV before Sony realizes they have it priced too low!

The service we received was above extraordinary. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Quick and courteous especially considering it being the weekend after Thanksgiving. Extremely busy.

Overall this TV is a great value for the price. It is a true 4K HDR ready flat panel TV. Watching Netflix content in 4k is phenomenal. I owned a 2 year old 55" TV and this 75" is massive compared to it. It has all the inputs you need - 4 HDMI, Bluetooth, Composite, TV Tuner, whatever you need. Sound is fine, but I plan to get a soundbar. Remote easy to use once you set it up. The only negative I have, which is why it is not a 5 star rating, is that the edge lit screen does not allow for deep blacks. This can be noticed in a dark room watching TV, not the end of the world. In the end, I figure that I got a great value for the mid-range priced TV for its size between the Sony, Samsung, and LG TVs.

Is Tv really DirecTv compatible?? Playing 4K content with DirecTv 4K Genie Mini gives error message “Tv does not support 4K. Playing in 480p.” Same problem with two 4K Genie Minis. Having to reset Genie Mini several times to keep from getting error message. Netflix/YouTube 4K content is great with no error message.

If your looking for something top of the line I would recommend this TV. Sure there are cheaper ones but this is the tv that will give you the most for your money!! My husband is in love.

I have been looking for an upgrade and size increase from a home renovation (plus wife approval in early stage helped - lol). After researching several brands I came back to Sony for a definite brand decision based quality, price, ease of use, etc. The family has been extremely happy with the purchase. Smart TV is a must nowadays and with our Fire Stick, additional apps and general movie collection we literally have a personal theater it feels like.
