This is my first smart tv. The picture quality is amazing and it is very easy to use.

Great TV, but only problem you can't connect your old receiver for audio without HDMI input. No optical out put connection to your receiver. I couldn't connect my Bose receiver to TV.

This set replaces a 70 inch Sharp Under the Geek Squad extended warranty. Enhance picture. Great for watching sports and movies. I had to add some $$ for the upgrade but I believe it was worth it.

Great large format TV. Color is well balanced. Picture is smooth for the size and the processing speed great. Sony usually delivers wirh quality amd this TV is no exception

We currently own a 42 inch, 55 inch, 65 inch, and now just bought a 75 inch. Our past TV's have been great. Our Sony 42 inch is over 14 years old and still has an amazing picture. The 65 inch and 55 inch TV's we have had for several years now and have been worth every dollar. I can't say enough about the SONY Bravia TV's. We bought our parents a 65 inch for Christmas. The 75 inch is huge, playing my Xbox one X on it is amazing.

The purchasing experience was great. They were able to help me figure out what tv was best for us and worked with me on trying to get it to me fast! (Even tho I had to go back the next day to pick it up ha) The tv itself: clear picture. An ample amount apps that are easy to scroll through. Moves kinda like a phone. I’m a big apple fan so the Android aspect of the tv is taken some getting use to for sure! But we love the tv.

I wouldn't have been able to get this tv without the Geek Squad to demonstrate & set this tv up. Getting them back for more upgrades

Although not a Sony fan I really like the TV. It has a great picture and the color is amazing.

I had a 70in LG TV, which broke down after 2 years with lost picture on and off. The BestBuy guys helped me a lot with all their explanations and made me decide on buying Sony. And guess what ? I am not sorry at all. The TV is awsome and more than what I expected to be. Pocture is crystal clear, colors sharp and the interaction with SmartTV so sophisticated. I am so happy with the Android based apps such as Netflix and Youtube.

The clarity & color of this TV met all my expectations. A joy to watch anything on the screen

I bought the tv on black Friday and took advantage of the htnt5 sound bar that was discounted as a bundle, along with 2 rear wireless speakers, and so far I couldn't be happier

I remember Sony being such a leading edge company. I had the tv for about 3 weeks and initially I was thrilled with it. However, after trying to connect multiple bluetooth gamepad controllers and failing (really bad lag), I gave up on that. Next was the issue with motion blur when watching sports, but I was able to adjust some settings and get it to work a bit better. Then there was the issue with the color being a bit off - whether I used Cinema, Cinema Pro, Standard....basically all of them, it just wasn't quite right. The unit itself has lag when accessing apps or even try to adjust settings on the tv, which at first I deal with, and then said to myself "I just spent so much on this, it's really not acceptable." The last straw was when powering on the tv, sometimes it would take 3 seconds (or longer) to get the screen to power on (you could hear the audio). Yesterday, I went home and tried to power it on and again, only audio but no picture. I waited for over 3 minutes and still nothing! I finally unplugged it and then plugged it back in and that resolved. I was done. I went to Best Buy this morning and told them that I wanted to return this and purchase the Samsung TV that I was initially hesitant to buy (due to the large silver bezel surrounding the screen), they were great and said no problem. I was in and out within 20 minutes and I have my new tv set to arrive shortly. My previous TV was a Samsung that I had for 8 years, I should have known to stick with them from the start. I with the Samsung came with Android, but I will learn to live with Tizen and be happy to have the Samsung One Remote. The Sony remote was large and cumbersome. If you're deciding between a Sony and a Samsung...go with Samsung.

Solid TV. Easy to use and great picture. Would recommend

We’ve been looking at TV’s a while and wanted to find the perfect one. We looked at the 800 and 900 series for a long time and could not see a noticeable difference. The picture quality is crisp and life-like. We also feel like HDR is the way to go if you want beautiful color variations and prefer to see movies the way they were intended. After receiving some help and input from DJ, our decision seemed easy. No regrets!

If you aren't dropping the money on an OLED TV this is one of the best pictures there is that still comes with a decent OS. There is some to be desired by the android tv but hopefully that will be fixed with future updates. Aside from this the picture quality is excellent especially for gamers. Most recently played God of War in 4k and this tv is the perfect companion for a PS4 pro. Everything looks stunning.

I was looking at the Sony X930E, which, on paper was suppose to be far superior, but was $900 more. When I compared them side-by-side my old eyes could not justify the price. We were moving from a 13 year old Sony Bravia Rear Projection tv to this beautiful tv. The picture is amazing, the Android OS is not as easy to navigate as the Samsung smarthub. The stand is pretty flimsy, but the PS4 Pro looks awesome on it.
