Nice TV but I can't find anyone at Best Buy or Sony that can tell me how to set it up to up convert all HD content to 4K.

We had our minds made up to buy an LG but the Best Buy sales person pointed us toward this set as being a good value for the money. We went home, checked out the reviews and decided to go with it. By the time we got back to the store, the price had dropped $500. Score!

The larger picture is a mediocre quality for a Sony (while being impressive to those watching on something much less) because its contrast adjustment capability is lacking. A foggy grayish black backdrop, for example, is not true black. There are also three distinct design flaws: 1.) When the power or cable goes out, even for only a few seconds because of a passing storm, the password to the wireless router/modem is lost -- forcing it to be reprogrammed from scratch each and every time this happens. That means if the internet goes out, regardless if the TV was on or not, you'll not be able to access Netflix or any other online venue without first going through several laborious steps; 2.) There is no direct access to the internet as previous models used to provide to surf the web; and 3.) The television generates an abnormally high amount of heat, which is especially important when the set is situated in a confined space. For those reasons, I would NOT advise others to invest in this unit when Sony can and should do better. As a result: I give this one thumb up and one thumb down. A carbonated soft drink offers a similar net effect after being allowed to set out for a while as well.. o_O

The TV arrived without any problems. Geek Squad set it up and everything seems to be working fine. One minor problem is that there is a message that appears asking me to connect with my mobile app each time. I wish there was a way of being able to bypass or disable it.

I have to say, the size, picture, and refresh rate are great on this TV. Great value for the money

This is my first 4K TV and I love it. The pictures are fantastic and the sound is excellent.

We always choose Sony TV for the quality of it's display. It is a pleasure to view a TV with such a sharp and natural picture.

It is slow to switch between the smart TV apps to regular TV programs.

I think the TV picture is outstanding. I am pleased with the TV, but the sound is very poor. Added the sound bar, but it is not as good as I had expected.

We purchased the 3 year with the installation, but when they delivered the wall mount was to small for the TV, so they left it and promised to return and install it, but it never happened so I installed myself even know I pay for the service.

Easy set up and very nice picture. Surfing through the Many can be challenging.
