Purchased in Kennewick WA Salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable on all aspects of 4k, HDR LED, OLED and UHD. All models were up and working. I am a former manager for Sears and Best Buy. I am highly critical of the store and staff. The store was exceptional, I worked at a flagship store in Las Vegas many years ago, Vegas is home to Comdex and CES, we had bigwigs twice a year. This store is immaculate. I was greeted upon entering the store. The salesperson greeted me upon entering his department without making me feel attacked. I had done a lot of research before I walked in. He knew all the details of all of the models I came in to compare. He price matched at my request, Best Buy was the cheapest(over Amazon, pennies, but still, they do not have to match Costco but I checked.) I needed a credit increase, it was fast and painless. My TV was waiting for me at the front door BEFORE I got there. They were friendly and efficient loading my TV. The TV Sony XBR 75” 850E Clarity and colors are exceptional with Direct TV. 4K BluRay on Xbox One S is stunning. This TV is worth every penny. With our surround sound, my entire family was unanimous, that it was a better movie experience than in the theater. The size matters, it really immerses you into the content. We are gamers, The Witcher is crazy on the Xbox One S, The Nintendo switch, split screen 4 ways for MarioCart was large enough for all of us to sit far away on the couch. The colors, water, sunlight are all too good to be true. The TV was easy to set up, not heavy. Good remote. We invited family over to watch the season premier of Game of Thrones....just WOW, you see detail in the intro you never saw before(I replaced a 50” 1080P TV) The dragons...OMG. My guests were blown away. If you like games and love watching movies, this is a great investment, it will keep your family off their phones, out of their rooms into the living room TOGETHER playing and watching. We took advantage of the 24 month no interest financing so the cost was easier to absorb. Sony and Best Buy...I give them both 5 starts.

My TV is amazing for the price. With built in chromecast it allows my family to enjoy all our favorite movies and shows.

Good looking when works Open box Sony product came with no Sony warranty as promised. Very hard to get service by phone

its ok tv. works really well. but I was expeting better. could of got this quality tv with a vizio tv for have the cost

TV is as it was advertised in the store. Would recommend if you are looking for a Sony--good value--it was on sale.

I have had a bad experience purchasing this tv. Then it breaks not even 1 year after buying it. Good thing I bought the warranty. But now I can't type things using the remote. I have to use a usb wireless keyboard to do searches and log into apps. Very frustrating.
