Great TV

Since it is Android base TV, I was having hard time to get my internet connection. It constantly kicks me off of internet connection unlikely Sam**** TV like just plug and play. I had to literally re-do it...

Loved the tv, but side lighting is a problem

That's when you really see the glow in all 4 corners. Couldn't justify spending that much for a 4K tv today that still has this problem. Had to exchange for different tv.

Great pic but only in bright rooms

But got it home and did not like watching movies in room with no other lighting. We could not get the contrast right...especially in scenes that were very dark. So we returned it and got a Vuzio 75 inch .M series which works much better in dark room do its backlit technology

Missing parts

When a repair guy came out he said there were parts missing. Said it had to be refurbished. Not sure if the issue is Sony or Best Buy
