Interested in a beginner camera? The SonyA5100 is the best camera for that. It’s like a mini DSLR camera with interchangeable lenses. The screen can also flip up so you can take the perfect selfie without rotating the camera, back and fourth to make sure you are in frame. If you’re a vlogger like I am it is perfect for that as well. It has a built in filter that smooths out your face and it has WiFi where you can send pictures and video to your phone or computer there are so many different settings within the camera it is the best!!!!!

I use this camera mainly for vlogging and the screen flipping up is why I picked it. Megapixel quality is amazing. My only wish is being able to transfer files to my phone in anything other than MP4 (can't use 24 or 60 fps and record).

Recently purchased the Sony Alpha 5100 as I needed a camera that was lightweight for travel purposes. Not only is the 5100 small, but it's powerful and the image quality is amazing. It also had two very cool features: a rear screen that flips 180 degrees so you can take awesome selfies AND the camera features NFC which allows you to beam your photos right to your phone. You can also control the camera via your phone. The only drawback to the camera is that it does not feature a hot shoe for additional flash capabilities, but aside from that, it's a great, lightweight, powerful camera.

I love this camera! It's perfect for taking great pictures and the Wifi feature lets you send it to your phone. It's so easy don't have any complaints.

I like it so far, haven't had it for that long, the quality it great. I love the flip screen. The small size of it is perfect! There is so many cool features if you play around with it.

This camera is very easy to operate. Although it's bigger than its pocket sized point and shoot counterparts, it's worth getting used to carrying it on the neck strap. It allows for super fast pictures, so it's easy to really catch the action.

I love this camera. I’m a beginner, but I notice the amazing quality and effort put into this camera. It works beautifully. I use it with the 50mm prime lens. The kit lens it decent, but I like the prime lens better.

The camera is very nice. It's light and I'm able to bring it with me anywhere I go. It's not bulky or heavy. The picture quality is great. Records clear and crisp video and very easy to use.

I researched this camera for about a year before my purchase. When I saw it was on sale I had to jump on it. This is my first camera that is this advanced. I have been able to figure out the basic features and it is pretty user friendly. I do have some more to learn but I am able to take action pictures that look great.

I love this camera, the images are great, it's easy to use. The option to send images via wifi to y cell phone is very convenient.

Purchased this camera as I am studying abroad for the next year, a great compact camera with excellent quality is what I was looking for. This is the best camera I've purchased and look forward to capturing my experience in photos!

I got this for my wife who wanted to start a YouTube page. The flip up screen comes in handy while filming yourself for vlogs or sit down videos. The auto focus is so nice and great low light. The only thing this camera is missing is a headphone jack but simple and great for those starting out. With the aps sensor it is good for photography as well. The lens can also be used on a7iii and Sony A6400 so it is a great starter camera.

Camera takes fantastic photos. The images print out clear and focused even on max zoom. Love all the different picture taking options. Looking forward to purchasing the lens to take this camera to the next level of excellence!

I purchase this for my sister whose trying to get her personal training business off the ground. When I ask her why not use her phone she said this camera was made for videos and selfies and the picture quality is amazing and easy flip screen. She hasn't stop raving about it and she's not someone that's easy to sell anything so coming from her means a ton, otherwise she wouldn't have ask for it. I recommend it for beginner photographer, this camera is amazing and it looks amazing.

I purchased this camera open box excellent condition I was nervous but I knew I was saving 50$ so I received it and it is brand new so flawless not too heavy and takes amazing pics!

My husband and I bought this camera because we wanted something that took pictures fast that our digital camera couldnt do. This camera does exactly that. Its takes photos very fast and with multpile shots at one time. We used this camera on our trip to Disneyland and was able to capture so many moments and the pictures we didnt like could easily be deleted. It takes pictures almost like a professional camera and the size of the camera is perfect and not bulky like some I have seen. We are very happy with our purchase
