I shouldn't have been surprised by the solid feel of the camera, but that was my first reaction. My second? The effortlessness of use. A very high-quality instrument.

Quality wise it's just as good as the a7sii. The only difference is it doesn't have headphone jack or full frame. Although this camera has touch screen and flash which makes it very versatile and easy to use for quick jobs and also great size for gimbals

The video in this thing is just amazing. It’s also pretty light. Sony is the way to go. Years later and it’s still amazing.

I love the fact that I can take this camera anywhere with me. I travel a lot and having this much camera power with 4k video is pretty impressive!

The clarity in the photos is amazing. Only downfall is the battery life... I had to get some extra ones for day trips. Otherwise, no regrets on this!

It is a great camera and I am a professional cameraman. It is easy to use it and the quality of the footage is amazing. You'll love it.

I really liked this camera but the user interface could use an overhaul. I found it not as easy to use as canon. I would have gotten use to it but I decided it wasn't for me. The touchscreen functionality was only made for touch focusing. Sony could have made it work for navigating through the menus and make using it easier but instead you have to use the D-pad and it slows down when you want to get to specific menus. I ended up returning it. Hopefully it will get an update when the next version comes out.

Handles low light very well, better than previous versions. Touch screen is nice and used often. Lags a little

Easy to use out of the box. Nice size. Easy to point and shoot or just flip a button and use as video.

The battery does a great job on the 6500 just make sure you buy a extra battery. The only thing that's upsetting is when you push record the screen dims down when shooting. But it's not a big deal because everyone buys a small monitor with their cameras

Great camera with a smaller size. Haven’t used all the features but looking forward to testing video. Live view is VERY difficult to see in sun. (I believe this is the same for most live views on cameras)
