Camera is fantastic, can produce amazing images in low light absolutely love it, battery life is the only complaint

It's reasonably lightweight, compact and a workhorse. The kit lens is a a bit restricting in its range, so plan on getting more lenses before too long. Fortunately there are tons of choices from 3rd party mfrs. now, so you don't have to break the bank for some excellent lenses. To me, the Nikon & Canon "catch-up" mirrorless designs look like they were designed by committee, and ugly as a result. Sony got it right from Day 1. It's not the latest model but for the price...it's a gem.

Love this camera! I came in looking for my first mirrorless full-frame mirrorless camera. I was hesitant because I have been using a DSLR for so long. This camera was a great price to test the waters and see if it was worth switching to a mirrorless system. I have been loyal to a different brand since 2000 but this Sony convinced me to switch! The only negative thing is that it goes through batteries very quickly. I would highly recommend purchasing a battery grip for this camera, it's 100% worth it.

I love how small this camera is, its exactly what I was looking for. It’s very easy and convenient to carry with me everywhere. The photo wnd video quality are both excellent. I extremely love photos taken at night with flash. The battery does drain quickly though!

The camera is excellent for beginners, light, reasonable priced and efficient. Takes great pictures like a professional

I upgraded from an APS-C canon camera that was 7-8 Years old. This is a huge upgrade. I am sure I haven’t yet mastered all the functions of this camera. The ability to customize the controls is a huge plus. The battery life is slightly short of shooting for a whole day, buy an extra battery. I bought mine while on sale, great deal for full frame mirrorless with a lens. I recently purchased the 50mm f1.8 and portraits are nice and sharp. I didn’t need 4K video, if this is a big deal get the A7iii. 1080p video is plenty sharp.

This is a huge upgrade for me from a crop sensor. It shoots breathtaking stills and has professional tools like white balance scene setting (no need for light meter) my only complaint is how Sony makes apps for the camera that should be free, like time lapse and stop motion.

Switched to this song from Nikon DSLR and all I can say is I love the size and weight of the camera! Image quality is good, only wish I had it in the budget to get the Rii.

its a very decent camera and the condition was flawless. Very lite and user friendly although there are some feature need to learn from online or photographer text book.

One of the best cameras ive owned to date. The pictures are amazing. Great low light performance put of a full frame camera body. PLUS if you have different full frame lenses from sony already. Only down side for me is shutter speed. I wish it was faster.

I read everything I could find on mirrorless cameras and decided that this A7 is just what I was looking for. I really like the size and weight of this camera. The only problem that I have, is the battery life. This camera has meet my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase

Purchased this camera as my first full frame camera. I was torn between the Canon 6D and the Sony A7II. Obviously the A7II won after reading and watching many reviews. Focus peaking, in body image stabilization (helpful with vintage lenses which I now use a lot because of this and focus peaking), EVF (no test shots for exposure required), Lighter body, AF points, low light performance, dynamic range, and just the technology overall helped lean me towards Sony over the competition. Would and have recommended Sony to anyone.

Even in 2020, camera has proven to be very capable. Sharp pictures, 1080 video, 5 axis IBIS, and much more. Even though there's newer more capable cameras. For the features and price point this camera is a no brainer. I use this camera for landscape/portrait/light action and it hasnt let me down. Only recommendation is make is buying extra batteries. The batteries are notorious for not lasting very long. Other than that, I love this camera.

This is a great light weight camera for everyday use. Controls are easy to learn and great photos in auto mode.

Camera takes great photos. Full frame lens, lightweight, easy to use. Controls are convenient. Menu is easy to understand.

I'm a very happy customer with this camera I bought couple weeks ago.The price was just right to step up my game in photography.I had a point and shot camera but this for my second camera it was just right for me once I learned more on this camera I'm hoping I can upgrade in a year or 2 to a A7Riii or maybe even A7iiii if that even releases by then.2 weeks later after purchasing the camera I had to get me a Tamron lenses as well.

Use it for video and photography. Has good autofocus and lots of customizable features. Just make sure to get an extra battery.

This is my purchase that elevates my kids pictures and a investment into a new career path. Son started doing photographs at car meets and people are asking for photo shoots with a previous camera but since he wants to go further, this was a great camera at a great price and now show presenters are asking him to be part of the media!! Happy to help him go further!!

Love the camera, it takes great pictures and is fairly easy to use. I am learning the digital world but the menus with the help of a tutorial make it easy to use. The auto mode also takes great pictures which is like a point and shoot with full frame capabilities and unbelievable quality.
