Bluetooth phone sound not so good

A lot of background noise and can actually here my car moving, stopping, etc. They have a hard time carrying on a conversation with me while in the car.

Good Product for the Price

IL law requires hands free calling, so this was a must for my older truck. The mic is ok, but I'm told background noise is pretty loud.
