The only negative is that is doesn't come with the fog sheets which you will need if you plan on using the waterproof case

We hiked up trails and climbed mountains and we were able to playback videos with ease. My children were able to use with no worries(ages 6, 8, & 13).

So I bought Sony sport Camera. It recorded great pictures for me. My next gift is a 4k Sport Camera.

For $300 I got the camera AND wrist monitor, to get a go pro with image stabilization is $400 minimum, without any extras. A+++ for value

I've owned 3 Go Pro cameras in the past, and in my opinion the Sony's videos are much clearer, sharper, and more colorful than the Go Pro's.

Better than the GoPro

Posted .Thanks for sharing this with us. Sony takes the voice of our customers seriously and rest assured that we will forward this feedback to the proper department for future product developments. WiFi does not work under water and the camera is equipped with a spherical lens to reduce its size, images taken underwater may look distorted or less clear and this is not a malfunction. -Zander
