    It was an open box at the store and everything seems to work just fine. No problems so far. Have been using it for about a month. We generally go with Sony for most of our movie players.

    At first there was a problem w/ dvd adapting to Snart tv. Many selections on dvd remote. Found correct play button (not obvious choice from previous dvd player). Once it starting playing the sound was muffled. Toward middle of film figured out the audio button needs to be pressed….ugh! All is well now. Haven’t tried a blu-ray film yet.,,,wish me luck!

    Blue ray DVD players aren’t as popular nowadays since everyone has streaming. But we were so thankful that Best Buy could order one for us and the price was very reasonable. The sales associate Jesus was friendly, helpful and professional! We had a great experience and also the DVD player arrived at the time they quoted so we picked it up and are enjoying all of our favorite DVD’s!!
