Cheap build quality & feel, especially the flimsy disc drawer. If the player doesn't like the disc (even when Blu-ray disc is for the proper region & clean w/o scratch/blemish), then the player totally freezes, & no remote control function key can unfreeze it. Can't even turn off the player to reset it when it freezes; must 1st UNPLUG it from the power source & then reconnect. This 'freeze' has occurred w/2 different Blu-ray discs, but several other Blu-ray discs have played fine. The Fast Forward & Fast Rewind functions aren't nearly as user friendly or precise as the Click Shuttle Wheel & JOG function on our 14yr old Sony DVP-C675D DVD Player & Remote. The HDMI link between the Sony BDP-s7200 Blu-Ray Disc Player & our Sony X900B 4K TV provides a good picture.

Really like the blue ray player it so easy to use and gives a wonderful picture.

I have only used twice since purchase but I have not had any issues with product. As always, the representative was courteous, knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Another great product of Sony at affordable price. 4K bluray on 4K TV it sums up to awesome viewing!

Works good but is a little slower than I would like. Menu system is not HD and looks like PS3 or older sony TVs.

This player is easy to setup and has great picture quality.

I am pleased so far. I don't own a 4k TV. I purchased item to see if it really does help my old DVD experience. This player is suppose to help my disk playing experience that is my reason for purchase. I like to test these features. It's changing again to a new way of video recording a movie. I still own older DVDS and Blue-rays. Someday I may purchase a 4k TV.

The unit had a large scratch on the front. Still waiting for geek squad to schedule the delivery of the new unit. Otherwise the unit works fine.

Bought this to go along with our new 3d television, it was recommended to me by an associate and I'm very pleased with the quality of it

Well built, quiet operation, traditional Sony interface. Must insert a usb memory stick to use the resume playback for blu Rays.

Amazing device, easy-to-use, but make sure to use a HDMI cables

I am glad I purchased this, but haven't had time to actually watch a 3D movie yet. Not a lot of options available to purchase yet

I replaced an older Sony Blu-Ray player and I can now watch discs without any problems. It's easy to understand and use. The only issue is it seems you cannot turn off the automatic off feature when the player has been left on too long. Annoying if you have to pause for a longer than normal amount of time.

While I cannot speak to the ease of setting it up"geek squad set it up with the TV" or the 3-D because I do not watch it The 4K upscale is fantastic if you're going to spend the money on a 4K television this Sony 4K Blu-ray upscale player is a must

I absolutely love this Sony Blu-Ray player. I love being able to play regular and 3D movies with one system.

I bought this primarily to upscale blu rays and internet content to 4K. Works nicely with the LG 80 inch 4K set. As with anything else, the better the source material, the better 4K video you get. Blu rays and 3d material look phenomenal.

A nice player that works well and will upscale for hi-res televisions. I had purchased one of these elsewhere that had been "modded" for All-region and for All-zone, and it worked quite well. They were on Best Buy "close-out" and were a GREAT value for the cost. Recommended!!!
