I like that this radio has the features I wanted on a 100 dollar budget, such as a CD player, Bluetooth capable, and a radio on it though I haven't used either yet. I really like the three station presets too, especially when you use buttons to change the station instead of a dial. However I bought a speaker set for 70 bucks by Logitech and the speakers on this radio are nothing compared to them. I thought it would be powerful but it really isn't, however it can be loud. I dislike the fact that EVERYTHING you wish to do you have to push buttons for. Overall I am satisfied but wish the designers had ease of use in mind.

This is a nifty little radio. It has great sound, is a good medium size and has pre-settings that are very convenient. I bought it for my kitchen so I could listen while cooking meals and even play my favorite CDs, as it also has a CD player. In addition, it has a battery compartment making it portable for events out of the house.

I bought this to use in a small retail store. It was the only compact system that allowed for USB use without having an ipod. So far so good, easy to use, sounds great and no static with radio usage.

I really like this portable music player. The sound quality is excellent, and the Bluetooth is easy to use and reliable. It’s ready to go if you want to patch it into another system via the 3.5mm stereo out port or it’s light weight and easy to pack along with you. I would buy it again.

I bought it for the Bluetooth feature. I think it sounds good. I do wish the sound was a little louder.

Being a baby boomer, I confess to still using a lot of the older technology. Have a huge collection of CDs and need the features that this boom box offers. Is easy to use, affordable, portable, and has decent sound. Radio can't be beat. Hope Sony doesn't discontinue. Only wish the device lasted longer than 5 or 6 years. I just purchased my third one....

This is the 3rd one I have bought. This one was purchased for my mother who likes to take something to listen to when she stays at my sister's. I have had mine for 4 years the sound quality is great. Love the options for CD, BT, USB and radio. It is nice, compact and uses batteries which is great for those power outages.

This Sony player has very good, full sound--actually surprisingly good for its price. The radio has strong pick-up of broadcast signals, and there is excellent clarity of reproduction on its CD. USB and Bluetooth functions are very easy to use.

Just the right size, just the right volume and ease of use. I like it!

I’m thrilled with my new Sony boombox! It plays CDs beautifully, nice radio where you can program in your favorite stations. The feature I’m most excited about is the Bluetooth capability along with Megabass setting!! Now I can listen to my song list from my iPad and have the sound come through the Sony speakers - far superior! And then, there’s the portability feature! Put in the batteries and you can take it anywhere. Terrific device!!!

I bought this as a gift for someone else and this person is delighted to use it as the quality of the sound is great and the functions are easy to use. The only thing is that the manufacturer should have a cassette player added for the people that still have those and wanted to play them.

The sound quality is very good. The directions are a little cumbersome. The size of this radio is a perfect fit tight spaces. The reception on this radio is very good. I would recommend this purchase. The pricing on this radio is very competitive.

Compact, loud, and sounds clear. Great buy and great quality.

It's great. We have a lot of CD's from years ago when music and books were still sold on CD's instead of only on digital downloads. Some of our favorites could never be found again online. We use the USB port as well as the CD player every day, especially at bedtime and early morning. The boom box is positioned on our nightstand.
