Keeps Resetting to Demo Mode

This could be an electrical problem with my car but I never had any problems with the stock radio resetting like this.

Based on the device supplied manual; to reset the unit, you need to press the RESET button on the inner panel with a ball-point pen, etc., after detaching the front panel. We recommend that you turn "OFF" the DEMO (demonstration) under Display Setup (DISPLAY). Take note that If there's no operation is performed for 5 minutes with [DEMO-ON] set, the demonstration mode starts. The color spectrum is cool... But has a bit of a learning curve, which kind of sucks.... And the app is a bit annoying.
