  • Good but with some fragile parts

    In general this is a very nice camera. The image quality is excellent; it has a pile of nice features. I have had some good fun with the time-lapse feature. One significant minus is the connections. The USB connection gets used all the time, both for charging and for downloading the photos and videos. That means opening up the cover over the connector. Unfortunately, the cover is EXTREMELY flimsy. Yesterday when I opened it, the cover came right off. I can't even find it (it seems to be somewhere inside my chair). A camera this expensive should have solid moving parts, not ones that fall apart after a few weeks.

    I watched this series for a number of years until it had very feature I wanted. This thing is small, fast and works in low light. The picture quality is great.

    It’s lightweight, easy to use and packs a powerful punch for such a compact camera. I use this camera more than my Nikon D300 S. Very nice camera.

    I had a Sony HX 90 for 3 years. Did not have a good zoom. This one has up to a 200 mm zoom which is unique for a pt. and shoot. Fits right into your pocket.

    The camera is good, but the battery isn't good. I used for two hours and the baterry die. I am thinking buy another battery and if the problem persist, return the camera.

  • Best Point & Shoot out there, better than iPhone

    This camera is designed for a very targeted group. You want a point and shoot, want high quality photos, but don't want to pay for all the gear for a DSLR. IMO, this has a slightly larger sensor than the iPhone 12 and as a result takes slightly better photos. We've done some comparison shots with both and the difference is definitive, but not by a huge margin. The big advantage here is you can manage photos easier, do more with your photography, and upgrade your phone anytime. It is a little expensive, even on sale.

    Quality camera for something so small. I didn’t want to get my sister a DSLR, but wanted to gift her something of quality. Photo quality is definitely there and the price was great in my opinion. I would definitely buy it for myself if I wanted something travel friendly.

    Good camera for just running around. But can’t beat my canon R series mirror less. Just understand that it’s a walk around camera, good for travel.
