It is compact in size, and it actually produces a very decent sound. Take note, as you will have to use the attached antenna wire to get good reception on FM channels. Overall, it is a good value for the money.

Dual alarms are useful for second wakeup setting per day. Nature sound presets are really nice to fall asleep by.

Difficult to use at first

At first it would simply default to some setting not of my choosing. It took a while to get it right. Also the glow of the display even on low is distracting in a dark room. I have to just turn it off. It does what I need it to do, finally, but I would not buy another one.

Having the ability to set an alarm for weekdays only and/or weekends only is great; you never have to turn off the alarm on the weekends and then try to remember to turn it on again Sunday night! Alarm is loud (a good thing), and the sleep noises offered work well.
