My wife likes the alarm clock. It wakes her up and that's what was needed. The display has a blue backlight that is either Off, OK, or "ATTENTION ALL SHIPS AT SEA" bright which lights up the room and caused shadows.

I bought this clock for my 7 yr old son who insisted on having his very own alarm clock. He loves that it tells him them temp in his room We also love that it doubles as a sound machine. He loves the nature noises

This is a great little alarm clock radio for my kids. It also has a room temperature gauge. It has good radio reception.

It is very difficult to set the time and alarm settings. It is also very hard to actually see the time on the unit. The blue light in the dark is hard on the eyes. Whoever designed this should go back to design school. Not recommended!

The speakers are easy to hook up via Bluetooth and the ongoing use is easy (does it by itself). The sound coming out of these little speakers is exceptional.

I bought this clock to replace an older one without digital tuning. That aspect is great. The speaker is small and tinny sounding and is located on one end of the clock. When the speaker is faced away, it can be hard to hear. My vision isn't the best and it can be difficult to read the black numbers on the blue background, in a dark room, no matter what brightness setting I've tried....not a problem during the day.

The sound on the radio is a little tinny and the buttons for selection on top are very small and hard to read at night. I like the different sounds of ocean and forest to help soothe you to go to sleep.

This unit is small and unobtrusive. Display mode includes an OFF setting. The nature sounds are quite soothing.

Alarm Clock is easy to use and perfect for my needs. Doesn't take too much space on night stand. Ear Buds have great sound and fit to my ear is comfortable.

The radio is really good. Like most people these days I skipped reading the directions and just figured out how to change some settings. One thing I do not like is that when you turn off the radio when you turn it back on the group of pre-sets changes to the other group of pre-sets. That is quite annoying. It is also not very loud. So when I am in the shower I cannot always heard what is being said on the radio. For a basic plus radio, this one seems a bit over priced.

I like that you can plug in your ipod to this and the music actually sounds clear with a great sound. The alarm works well too so I would buy again.

I really like this alarm clock. The alarm functions and time settings are easy to set and I enjoy the nature sound at night while I am falling asleep.

The summery says it all. Sony has packed some really good features into this device. Unfortunately they missed the boat on the speakers. The sound is tinny and almost unlistenable. If you intend to use this radio for anything more than an alarm, try another device.

I love the way it has a clock, a radio with a m and f m function. Also the sounds of nature, like rain, birds singing and the ocean waves.

We had a very old and reliable version of this radio that blew when electricity surged. The replacement is what we wanted: simple, reliable, morning news radio and input for music.

The alarm clock is nice and well build, the number are big. The only drawback is that the blue back light is so bright that illuminate the whole room.

I felt it was a bit complex at first, but then I have not bought an alarm clock in about 20 years, so I guess it is just a matter of catching up with technology and change in general.

My son loves the nature sounds to wake you up. The soft blue light is a major pkus . Very easy to set

Clock radio - operates well, duel alarm is great and fits in tiny spaces. Radio is hard to get to dials.

This item seems small but it does the job. I got it for my little girl who is a light sleeper and she loves it. Getting best sleep ever
