I bought this recorder to replace one that I inadvertently put in the washing machine. It works better than the previous recorder and I couldn't be happier with the sound quality.

Very lightweight, easy to use and long battery life. Very easy to transfer to computer later. Good clarity even in crowded room.

I used this to record all day business meetings in a large conference room. Sound qualiy and pickup across the room was very good. Ease of transfer to my computer was appreciated and makes for simple archive for record and later review.

I purchased this for my father and it needed to be easy to use. It was a little hard at first for him because he has a thing about technology, but it didn't take long before he was using it and loving it.

Bought this to replace a tiny tape recorder. Nice size. Good quality. I like that you can slow down the playback, if needed. Easy to upload the files to the computer via USB port. Would recommend.

I'm writing a book and needed a compact recorder to conduct short interviews for reference purposes. The sound quality and noise cancellation is exactly what I was looking for. I'm a satisfied customer.

I like the sound from the software playing. It seems that it added sound effect. Do not know how long this product can hold though. I always bought Sony recorder, but it was broken after one year or so. One was lCD screen broken, although it sill can founction. One was turn on switch stop working.

I bought this recorder for my son in college and he love it. It has helped him to be able to go back to the lectures and take notes of anything he has missed. He is a pre-med student so he mainly use it for Biology class. Awesome

This recorder is easy to use and the best note taking supplement. Uploading to my Mac is easy and being able to create folders on the device helps with organizing my lectures.

My daughter uses the recorder to record her college professors' lectures and listens to them will driving or studying at home later. She says the sound quality is terrific!

Everyone will have an assumption that Iphone / Smart phone can do the recording. But if we use this Recording feature, you will know the difference in recording quality.

Sony built a very balanced microphone on this device. I can pick up background music along with the voices I want to capture. Used for a board meeting last week.

Bought this to record family history from parents. Easy to use and then transfer files to my tablet. Bought a second one for my 78 yr. Old mother so she can carry it with her to use when she wants.

Good sound quality. Purchased it to record a presentation I was giving. I frequently took a few steps away from the recorder during the presentation, but this never affected sound quality. Figured out the interface without reading the instructions. Sound editing software on the recorder was exactly what I needed. It was easy to cut and combine segments of the recording. USB connectivity as advertised. Simply plugged the recorder into USB port on my laptop to copy the MP3 recording onto my hard drive.

I bought this voice recorder as a gift for my brother who is a PhD student and is interested in recording oral histories. He was thrilled by it. He has used a few times since I gave it to him and says it works wonderfully. He is especially happy about the fact that the recorder connects directly to your computer without having a cable that is easy to lose. On my end, it was the best voice recorder I could find for the price. I liked the way that it organized data which makes searching easier.

this is a solid unit - if your phone app doesn't cut the butter for you, this device will certainly give you that extra storage, functionality and discretion needed to record and store voice.

I purchased this to record nursing class lecture. It's great! The noise reduction works wonderfully and I love how the folders divide and I can choose which to listen to. I do wish it were a bit louder but it's nothing I can't deal with.

Wonderful recorder. Lots of options to save and infex. Recorded clearly even when consealed.
