Love the included USB connection, no need to carry an extra wired connector. Lots of features, its small enough to carry in a pocket.

This is a great easy to use product. Sound quality is good and I like how it has no cords and uses a USB connection for your devices.

This devise works great as you can create folders and easily upload them on to your computer. The few issues I have is that typical Sony requires you to load its software for easy transfers of files. Although I do not believe it is totally required to access the file, it just makes it easier. Another issue is that the display does not have a backlight. This is not a deal breaker as I knew it didn't purchasing the item, it's just that in low light seeing the display is difficult. The good side to that is the it has a good battery life.

We needed sound clarity & easy ability to download & the extra price was worth it. It has a retractable USB- really awesome!

The product is great and very easy to get started. It can hold a lot of content and the audio quality is perfect.

I use this digital recorder at my job everyday. The controls are easy to use and understand and playback is exceptionally clear with no distortion. After starting to record with a single beep, another press will pause the record function with a double beep, allowing you to eliminate dead air on playback which, in my work, saves valuable seconds. Since I only use the recorders most basic of functions, I haven't even researched what other features it has. I would recommend this to a friend.

If you're looking for a voice recorder this is where you should look. Its has a stereo mic and a built-in USB which is nice. This model doesn't require an outdated transfer cable. Anything lower in price from Sony requires a cable that isn't a micro USB. The 4gb internal memory is good but if you run out of that you can get a MicroSD. (which I haven't done yet) This comes with AAA batteries too. Therefore if you purchase this model you don't have to worry about the cables anymore!

It records clearly and is simple to follow commands. Direct connect to laptop is great

Great phone recording classes for college. The voices are clear and the software is easy to use !

Used this to record an interview outside a coffee shop. With people walking past, cars parking driving through the lot, the voice recording was never inaudible or drowned out. The background noise was recorded but did not overtake the voice. All voice recording was very clear and easy to hear. The T-Mark during an interview was really useful to break up the recording. Not a cheap recorder, but worth the price.
