I used this in combination with Sony's Omnidirectional Condenser Microphone, and I can record someone sitting across the room during meetings. Easy to use once you read the instructions.

Bought along with a Sony microphone and both are excellent. Use it for recording some of my studying and playing them back to myself. Haven't used a lot of the features, but so far, so good.

wanted something to record lectures. sound quality is ok but the ease of use not so much. instructions are a little bit complicated,wish it was a breeze to use on a whim.

Digital voice recorder works great for small to medium size meetings. If you have a larger meeting, I would suggest purchasing the Sony - Electret Condenser Stereo Microphone.

Needed this for some interviews. Works great and love that its rechargeable. Dealing with finding batteries is not fun. Sound is great and works perfect!!!

This Sony voice recorder has the features I need and will do the job nicely. It lives up to the reputation evident in the reviews I checked before making this purchase.

The only fault I find with this recorder is its limited volume range. Otherwise, it does exactly what I need it to do and is certainly easy to operate.

Easy to use, records conversations during meetings so my minutes are more accurate. Sensitive mikes do a good job of picking up distant voices.

I have had this for about a year now. The battery last for a long time before recharging is needed. Works very well for all my uses
