This would have been a 5 star, but for a few minor failings. If you are reading a text document, it works great. I hoped to use it for music, but the "page turn" is a bit slow for what I needed. I guess I should have shelled out the big bucks for an I Pad for that use. It is very light. which makes you fear that it might be fragile. Mine has done well, thus far. The battery lasts a LONG time on a charge.
Three things I would like: more built in memory, a micro SDHC port, and a better pen holster. (the tiny magnet doesn't cut it.
Long story short: A great, light in weight text reader. Not a great choice for use with music.

I was reluctant to invest in a device referred to as Digital Paper. However, having made the jump to the technology, I am very please to have taken the chance. This method of note-taking and reading of pdf files is wonderful. I recommend this device to anyone that must read and comment on documents for a living. Makes life easier. I no longer have to carry many loose papers with me. I just transfer them to the device and read away.

Excellent device for reading and studying. Provides all the functions you need, while not being distracting like an iPad.

After one month, the stylus failed to charge. Sony replaced the stylus. BUT!!!!! Right before 90 days, now the screen does not respond. Sony will replace the device with a 90-day warranty. However, all the process was not at all pleasant.
This product was awesome only for the first month when it worked.
I am glad Best Buy stop selling this product.

Best Productivity Purchase

This devise is definitely a niche product. It is focused primarily on people who read a lot of PDFs and the like and who have to write notes (think meetings, seminars what have you). It takes a whole lot of print outs and notebooks....out of your life! And best thing about the notes is that they are all together and automatically PDFs. I was constantly loosing my notes.
I purchased this device sometime back shortly after it came out on the market. Note that I had used an iPad prior. It has been the best device for the intended purpose, easily beating the iPad Pro in my opinion. I compared it to my wife's latest iPad Pro, and though I miss the colors the iPad can provide, I love the e-screen and the lightness more.
Highly recommend!
