This camera comes on and goes of quickly. The menu is a little cumbersome to navigate through. The details of the picture is not bad for the megapixels. The memory card is easy to remove and reinstall. The memory card loads well when inserted into the computer. It is small and portable enough to carry anywhere.

Compact. Optical zoom. High resolution. So easy to carry. Excellent pictures.

I normally use my cell phone for photos and videos, but needed something else with more options because I couldn't take decent pictures or videos at my son's concerts or sports events. Purchased this camera so that I would be able to zoom in and take better videos. Compared to the older digital camera's when they first came out, this was so much more self explanable and must easier to use. Love it!!

I use this camera in my appraisal business. It is quick and responsive with clear pictures. Easy to download. Easy to remove unwanted pictures, to zoom and the flash can be set to auto or manual. It is very reliable and easy to use and set. This is my second one purchase for the company.

Nice video and clear LCD display! The beeping the video makes is helpful, so I know when I'm videoing or not.

Don't expect too much when buying this unit. It's value priced for a 20megapixel camera. It's not feature packed but it takes wonderful pictures if you're looking for a reasonably priced camera.

Great little camera. Takes great pictures and video. So far no complaints. I never owed a Sony before, had used small point and shoot Canons. Was really disappointed after experiencing numerous mechanical failure issues with my last two Canons, relating to the lens mechanism. Decided to give Sony a try. Glad I did, love the features and ease of use, and so far no issues.
