Overall a good buy. I used it at a sporting event and was very pleased with the results

I don't always like using my cell phone to take pictures. This little camera works great and fits in a shirt pocket.

I admit it: I was not initially intending to buy a camera. However, I saw this one online and decided to check it out at the local Best Buy near Clarence. As the BB technology employee explained details and applications of this camera it seemed to be more of a necessity than otherwise. With this Covid routine, lack of in-person contact makes a pictorial addition to communication that much more important. I have not yet used the camera (due to personal difficulties) but have scrutinized the Owner's Manual and, as the Best Buy employee, said the set-up and use of this camera is fairly straight forward. I would have waited until its first use but this Best Buy is closing, possibly before then. I wanted to demonstrate again the friendly expertise of its technicians and employees. Again, I and many others regret the loss of this store in our neighborhood.

Bought this used from Best Buy. When I got it I couldn’t believe how brand new it looked. So far I’m using the camera for work while I’m out on the field. The pictures have been great. Easy transfer to my computer with the cable. Pictures come out fantastic on my reports for work.

This was the most inexpensive 20MP camera I could fine. It took very good pictures, but it seemed to have difficulty taking pictures in anything other than perfect lighting and with still objects. Also, far away objects had no detail, and the zoom feature on the camera was very poor. It was very easy to connect to a computer and to charge the battery, as it used the same USB cord. It was a quaint and convenient camera to take every day pictures, but you'd have to spend a few more bucks if you want some really good and semi-professional images. My DSC-W830 died after about a year when a snowflake flew into the lens and ruined it.

I use this for work. Works great for what I need it to do. Great for the price.

This camera is pretty nice. It has lots of features and it takes nice pictures!

I got this camera for my wife after I ruined her last one. She loves it and the features on it. It is very easy to use and takes great pictures. The biggest issue she has with it is not having the ability to get rid of red eye with the tools.

I purchased this camera for my son to document his adventures and record memories. The quality is fantastic!

Camera is ok. The biggest pro is that is very nicely built, very compact, nice screen. Major problem is the slot for the internal memory is not smooth. I try several new cameras of this same model and the same issue. Gotta live with it.

It's probably easy to use once you get used to it. The camera is small which makes the buttons small. But the picture quality is really good and the battery life so far has lasted several days.

Bought as a gift for my niece had all the features I was looking for and at a better price at Best Buy.
