Awful Camera
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this camera a little over a year ago after I dropped and cracked my previous Sony Cybershot. When I bought it, I didn't even look at other cameras: I had already owned three Sony Cybershots over the span SEVERAL years, and they had all been AMAZING cameras! Extremely high resolution, crystal clear focus, great auto exposure, reliability, wide range of modes, etc. I trusted that the new camera would be just as high quality as the past three I had owned. I was wrong. This "update" of the Sony Cybershot is extremely downgraded from all that Sony Cybershot meant to me. The resolution is grainy, the focus is awful, and the exposure is terrible. I end up with a bunch of blurry, grainy pictures that look like I shot them with a low-end smart phone. At first, I thought I just had to give myself time to adjust to it and I'd eventually be shooting high quality pictures again, but that never happened and the 15 day window to return had lapsed by the time I figured out it was actually just an awful camera. Over the course of a year, I went from constantly taking pictures that captured treasured moments to just letting my camera sit on a shelf. Disappointing to say the least.

Don’t regret having 2 of the same camera as I am enjoying both!
