I needed a camera with a long optical zoom that takes great pictures. The Sony WX-350 camera fits the bill perfectly. I to my first overseas trip and I needed a long zoom for the scenery. The 20 time zoom is very clear throughout the length of the zoom. After some trial and error pictures and some experimenting, I found the "Superior intelligent" setting fit my needs for about 90% of my pictures. Even in low light areas, this setting took great pictures without a flash. The panorama setting is excellent for fanning across the scenerey. I am very happy with the pictures taken with this camera.

The camera fits comfortably into your hand for picture taking, and comfortably into a pocket for carrying. It has a lot of functionality and has superb clarity of the pictures. The one drawback for me is the lack of a view finder. However, most compact Point & Shot cameras lack this feature. It is extremely difficult to determine what is in your picture and what isn't when there is a lot of sunlight and you're taking a picture. If Sony could engineer a viewfinder like on my older Canon, they would have an incredible product!

Great camera. Many options to use for the afficionados yet easy to point and shoot picutes. Great size to take with you everywhere. Good battery life. And I love the pictures I have taken so far.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She wanted a small camera that would be easy to carry and at the same time easy to use. This camera is perfect and takes wonderful pictures!

This camera is much like a previous Sony I owned. It takes very good pictures and is very easy to use. I like the expanded zoom and still crisp pictures. The size of the camera in excellent in terms of carrying any place you go.

It was very light, easy to use. The pictures were taken very clearly even though those were taken while we were driving. The videos were taken great too. Only one thing regret was that it did not come with it's in case.

The zoom lens is perfect for capturing those far away subjects. Every shot is clean and clear. Even in the dark. Pocket size. Many operation to chose from. It even lets you know your apperature and f-stop in auto mode.

Recommend to others - especially if you are looking for a camera to carry in your pocket. Crisp pictures. Easy to use. Great zoom for this type of camera.

After researching cameras for several months and not finding the right match for my needs, I finally met a salesperson in Best Buy that actually knew something about cameras. He was very knowledgeable and recommended this camera. It takes good pictures, has a fast shutter speed, and is fairly easy to operate. Only negative is the same as other reviews, no manual, takes better pictures outside than in, and view finder hard to see in bright sun. I believe I made an excellent choice and so far I am satisfied with my purchase, especially with the fast shutter speed. I can point and shoot pictures of my grandchildren while they are on the move.

I purchased this to go with a small Nikon that fails over 10X zoom so I purchased this 20X zoom model. In reality I should have opted for a something bigger and more potent from the photographic standpoint. This model excels in feel and size. It is a solid dense piece and has the feel of a quality unit. I have taken 1000 pics which are good not great. I have not worked enough with the software to fairly comment. Two negatives. The Sony website registration procedure is not very quick and the battery charge USB transfer hatch is poorly designed and it is difficult to attach the chord properly. If you want a fairer assessment ask me in a year.

Small camera that takes great photo's. Easy to use. Light weight to wear around my neck in a camera holder to be available whenever it is needed.. Has many extras like a larger camera.

This camera is easy to operate, small to put in a pocket or small purse. Love the wifi ability to send pictures to cell phones or other devices to upload on FB or Instagram..

I really like this camera and just took it on vacation. The small size is great, easy to use and the quality is really great. I don't need any better detail as a nonprofessional.

Bought this for my wife as an alternative to her Nikon SLR. She wanted something small and compact to get pictures of our 2 toddlers with out having to lug her larger camera around. So far she is really happy with it, it has taken some great pictures in low light with out a flash and the speed with the card we bought made this a perfect replacement to her old Sony and the Sony proprietary cards it used. The fact that this will take a SD card is great.

Love this camera. It is the perfect size and easy to use with many features. Crisp pictures although I have yet to take advantage of all the different settings.

I previously had a bulky point and shoot with 26x zoom (best of its kind when it was purchased 5 years ago). I wanted to upgrade to a DSLR, but hate the bulkiness, especially when travelling. I decided to stick with a small camera that I will actually bring with me every day on vacations, and this was a great choice. The zoom and clarity is superior to the bulky camera I was previously carrying around, so I am happy with the value for the size and price.

Sony gives a great camera for a great price. We might say that digital cameras are going out due to cell phone cameras getting more advanced but this camera is a must have companion. Takes great incredible photos. Good with close objects, great blur. The zoom is insane! WiFi and NFC to swap photos to my Android phone is easy as day very convenient. Slips into a pocket very easily. With this I can take all the photos I want instead of with my phone I'm picky about keeping missed shots or multiple shots, this does the trick as a great companion. Not to mention that it does take some fantastic pictures. I would definitely recommend this. It's the RX100's little brother.
