Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the DSC-WX350's superior image quality, ease of use, and compact size, frequently praising its performance in low-light conditions. While some users noted minor issues with the flash and a lack of a physical instruction manual, the camera's many features and lightweight design were generally well-received.

Needed a camera that was lightweight and small so I could just put it in my jeans. Takes very good pictures and is easy to use. The white color is cool.

Using the camera for a specific purpose, for taking construction work photos in low to medium light situations. Flash is permanently turned off. 9 out of 10 pictures come out looking great. Have managed to set up wireless transfer to laptop. Works great every time. You need to install the playmemories software in order to do this and work with the settings. Battery lasts a good amount of time. Only connecting the camera to laptop for charging. Using the 16:9 setting, a good balance of detail and small picture size.

The Sony - DSC-WX350 exceeded my wife's and mine expectations. The pictures are super clear at very low light and bright. Takes a little to get use to all of the options. The only draw back is in full light it is very hard to view the LCD screen so some pictures are hard to accomplish. Starts up fairly fast. The button for focusing and shooting are the same and very touchy between the two functions. The pictures are so filled with information that I could not upload one. That is how sharp they are.

I have always had sony cybershoot cameras and this one did not disappoint! It is easy to use, takes GREAT photos, and you can easily transfer them to any phone. The zoom feature is amazing and its hard to believe some of the shots it can take. Everyone I have shown pictures to comment on the quality of the pictures and can't believe they are from a point and shoot, and a cheap one to boot!

I purchased this camera as a Christmas present for my wife after she saw and was impressed by one like it that her hiking friend brought with her last summer. The really nice thing about it is that it not only takes fine pictures, but is also very compact and light, fitting well in her pack and not weighing her down. As she generally comes home from her trips with several hundred photos, I expect she will get very good use out of it.

This was a very nice slim camera to take on my trip to Japan. You can easily pocket it without much bulk. It has great zoom and a large screen on the back. Night time photos don't always turn out that great, but would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a simple point and shoot with great zoom. Some of the functions are not intuitive to use which is a downside, but overall it does the job.

We bought this camera to take on vacation to Europe and liked the fact that it was pocket sized but still had a decent zoom. It lived up to our expectations and we were able to zoom in on many historical landmarks. Battery life was good and it was easy to use.

Better zoom than my Cyber-shot. Great size - don't need to carry around a big camera and camera bag to get great pictures. Have a family wedding, graduation and confirmation coming up - now I have a perfect size camera to take to all the family functions, get great family pictures and no big camera bag to cart around!

Small and easy to carry around. Pretty user friendly. A good amount of technical options, covers a number of automatic photo setting types, plus ability to have some functions auto while you pick certain other functions. Does videos as well. I wish the user manual did not cost almost $70 to get it in print form though...but you can get it downloaded to your iPad for free.

I recently traveled with this camera & found it very good for close ups, panoramas & in low light interior shots. The only negative point is the off/on button which I had to often push several times to get it to function & sometimes missed a shot. Otherwise it's lightweight, has a fast shutter speed, is easy to recharge & takes great pictures. Please fix button!

This camera was purchased for my teenage daughter and has met all of her needs (and then some). She was interested in a small package with a decent zoom and has also enjoyed some of the additional features (panorama, effects, etc.). The quality is great and the price was not bad either considering that we purchased an "open box" item and it appears to be unused and was in great shape.

This is a nice little camera. It's very pocketable and takes decent pictures. I wish it has a touch screen to make it easier to adjust camera settings. It seems a lot of cameras in this space have this feature. It takes decent pictures in low light conditions for a camera of this size, but does not compare to my other camera, a Samsung NX300 mirrorless.

Great Little camera. The camera is very compact yet still has an amazing zoom. Takes great pictures from the beach to indoors. Handles low light pretty well. Is quick enough to keep up with the kids. Great camera if looking for a compact camera, much better photos than out old pount and shoot and cell phone.

This is an easy to carry in your pocket camera that takes great Photos. They are way better than a cell phone camera(even the new Iphone 6). I use this Camera for Concerts, Sporting Events, and Vacations. It is not professional level, but for $300 it is a pretty great camera.

We got this camera for my wife to use while traveling. The camera takes great images and is a perfect size to carry with you in a pocket, day pack or purse. Wifi feature is easy to setup and use as well which is a bonus. A couple things would be nice additions to the features such as a view finder for use in very bright light when the display screen is difficult to see. We also found the flash to be poorly placed as it's right below the shutter trigger where you would usually grip the camera, so we often found we were partly blocking the flash causing weird shadows in the images in low light.
