I got an open box unit..The first unit froze on occasion so I exchanged it for another open box unit which works fine. The camera takes good pictures and like how compact it is.

this camera is a great camera, we took it kn vacation with us and took beautiful pucs! it's really fast when taking pics which we loved

... and I mean little! It's almost too small, but if that's what you need - then this little gem is just what you want. Packed with features and intuitively easy to use.

Great camera zooming is excellent and another thing I love is you can send the pictures wifi

I wanted something with good video resolution and this camera has just that. It shoots full HD video and is a 20 MP camera. Very good camera for the money. My only complaint would be the battery life. I went to a five hour event on a full charge and shot 10-30 second video clips every 15 minutes or so and it was dead before the event ended. Was kind of disappointed in that but the quality is very good.

I wanted a small camera for trips, etc. so I wouldn't have to deal with low space on my cell phone. This works good, easy to use. Just what I needed for low cost.

Camera works great and I like the macro for close shots. I wish it would be made for regular alkaline batteries.

Takes great pictures but you need to read instructions, as it's a very technical camera. Easy to use once you learn the basics.

This is an excellent pocket size camera. It's the right size & has all the shooting options I needed for a ski trip into very remote areas.

I'm not a camera expert so I will avoid anything technical. It allowed me to easily learn what I needed to know to record my most recent vacation. My only complaint is that I suspect it, like all new electronic devices, has so many features that are essentially undocumented that I could never learn to use it to its' fullest. I remember the "old days" when you had finite features that were detailed in an owners manual. The online version I found just didn't do it. But that aside I would definitely buy this camera again.

I was looking for a camera for my wife. I did home work before buying the camera. I bought this camera out of selected 5 camera.

the camera has a lot of settings to shoot with and useful if you live in different places. I would recommend to beginners.

This camera from Sony is good. The camera is well worth of money. 18MP is a plus bonus.
