I was preparing to leave on a trip to Europe and needed a small camera that will take excellent pictures even on when traveling in a bus. I have been very pleased with the pictures it produced.

I am still learning about all the things this camera does, but took it on a vacation and got some excellent pictures. I am especially impressed with the setting to shoot a moving subject.

It was time for a new camera and I was looking for an inexpensive one with good features. This camera qualifies and so far, is working fine. My only complaint - I would have preferred the manual to be included rather than having to go online.

This little camera is more than it seems. It's an absolutely fantastic camera, and the images it produces hold up very well after I take them to photoshop (And I abstract all of it, so that's impressive) but what is really blowing me away to this very day is the built in wifi, and the ability to immediately transfer photos from my camera to my phone and look at them on a larger display! All in all, worth the money.

I love that I can take close and distance photos quickly while watching wildlife in my back yard. And they screen window I at times need to take thru doesn't distort my pictures.

Love this camera! I love how compact it is, and can still take great pictures. The autocorrection feature is a life saver. Took pictures at a wedding in a dark church, and they still turned out great. Only four stars because I'm still trying to figure out all of the bells and whistles. All in all, it's fantastic.

I took this on vacation and it took wonderful pictures. I was able to easily download the photos to our computer and send them in email.

I wanted a camera for taking wildlife pictures in the woods. I needed something quit and that can zoom in from a long distance. This camera does a nice job with that. It also is very small. It easily fits in a jacket pocket. So if your hiking/ walking it`s very easy to carry .

Great basic camera if you take care of it. I use these at a lot of work events as a basic point and shoot for our staff. Would recommend investing in a good case. Some wear and tear comes by not protecting them properly.

Camera takes great pictures. Only problem so far of the menus can be overwhelming and sometimes hard to remember where different functions are located with which button. Picture quality is exceptionally good.

Purchased this camera at the last minute for a vacation. The photos are stunning. This camera captures light better than the Carl Ziess lenses on older models, and it's sturdy, not flimsy plastic.

Have had good results with camera. Pictures clear and color good. Only have been shooting at automatic setting; haven't really tried other modes

I've always had an SLR, and currently have an NEX-7, but I've also wanted to have something alot smaller I could carry with me more often but still be fairly capable. My Samsung Note 5 phone takes decent pictures, but I just wasn't happy with using a phone as a serious shooter compared to an actual camera. When I saw a Sony W830 it looked like it met my requirements for [pocket] size, but researching showed that it was not as capable as I wanted. Further research showed a few other models that were in the same body but had more features and quality, the 220 finally met my needs. With the bigger 10x zoom, better HD movie resolution, and more positive image reviews, I bought the WX220 with a 10% off coupon I recently received from Best Buy. I took the 220 on a few road trips (one to the Natural Bridge), and the 220 worked quite well alongside my NEX7. With a 10 speed memory card, it can quickly focus and crank out a series of images (continuous shooting mode) that rival my other cameras. So far every shot I've taken can be zoomed into greatly to examine the sharpness and it is always impressive. I haven't tried the wifi yet, but the 220 is packed with alot of [now fairly standard] features like image stabilization, panarama, and a bunch of in-camera processing modes like PAINTING, ILLUSTRATION, MINIATURE (the cool focussing trick) and HDR, that are fun to play with. As a "always have it with me" camera, I am so far very happy with my purchase. Can't wait to try it out on the road home when the horses or a great sunset make an appearance at the Gila River bridge on the 347!

This is great camera for on-the-go moms. It is small, lightweight and easy to operate. I love it!!

Great little point and shoot. Purchased this for a camera to use for work pictures. I am very impressed with the low light performance.

I bought this camera because my phone didn't take the quality pictures I was looking for. This camera is so easy to use... basically point and click. The high resolution and colors are everything I needed. I also like how small it is. Easily fits into a shirt or pants pocket and doesn't take up the whole pocket.

I made the mistake of thinking this camera would record longer video sessions. I should have known. It is a camera first and video recorder second. Two issues: 1) even though the book states or implies it can be plugged in while recording it actually does not. It must record on battery only. 2) video recording time was about 25 minutes when it stopped with plenty of space remaining on the recording media.

That's a good camera for all family, my kids cab use it without problem. easy to handle!

Im not really camera savvy .. but this is a really good camera. I didnt want to pay hundreds of dollars for a camera that i know im not going to use that often, but i didnt want to be super cheap. I love everything about it especially the wifi. That was really important to me for my upcoming trip. Theres to many different features for picture taking and the pics come out crazy clear!! i love it.

The camera takes good photos, but settings are a little hard to understand, and I wish an Owner's Manual came with it.
