Why do game controllers have to be so expensive!!!

This is only the first remote I have had to replace for our game system. A good product...

I bought this for my brother as a replacement for his broken controller, which lasted a few throws against the wall. The batteries last forever, I have yet to replace a controller due to the batteries.

Bought aftermarket brands for my PS3 controller. Nothing but problems and low battery life. Spend the few extra bucks and stick wit original controller. Works great and no hassles !

To me if all the buttons work and it is smooth in the game play it is a good controller.

Keep with the black controlers, they seem to have less issues than the colored ones.

My son made a mistake and picked a black controller instead of blue online. When I went to the store, first, the didn't have the order ready as stated. Secondly, I asked politely if the order could be changed to the blue controller which was the same price(since it was our fault that my son picked the wrong color by mistake). I was told that I had to come back in 2 hours in order to do this. I tried to speak to the manager but he was no help. Hard to believe that this couldn't be taken care of. Since I don't live close to the store, I had no choice but to accept what happened. I would hope that in the future, best buy has better flexibility or will to satisfy their customers instead of trying to do nothing...

Needed to get one of these before they are unavailable as new! The sales associate were very helpfull in obtaining this item. Thanks !! By the way I would recommend this store!

Bought this because we needed another controller for my grandson. Works with all the games that I have, no problem with that sinking to the unit. Would recommend this to anyone

I purchased this for my son and it is is stable and reliable. I would recommend.

These current controllers are not as 'efficient' as the original ones that came with my console but are still better than the other available options.

My stepson has had alot of fun playing with it. It has kept his attention.

I got the controller as a gift and I am very happy with it. I have completed my gaming system and only need the dual charger. I have no problems with the controller.

It was a really nice item. I saw a newer version, so I got the new one.

This is the second dualshock controller i have purchased and have been pleased with both. Other aftermarket controllers I have had were not as durable or long lasting.

The basics are always the best. I like its response time and easy to use.

The quality of this product is really nice and should last well even with frequent use. The buttons are also very responsive. Although it's pricier, you get your money's worth.
