love that it's blue. Works great withs hardware that comes with the PS3. Dog chewed up the black one and this one works just as good

Great controller. It's tempting to buy the off brand but after reading reviews decided to pay a little more. Bestbuy didn't have the best price but they matched Target. They say they match Amazon but only stuff that's fulfilled by Amazon. They wouldn't match Sony (the manufacturer) selling it on Amazon.

My college kids were looking to have a major gaming session over Christmas break but discovered one of our controllers was missing. Thankfully Best Buy still carried them! My kids got to work out some major stress and the Sony controller kept up. Sony products are great so no surprise there. Thanks!

This may be a little pricey for $50+ but I've got to say this is the best PS3 controller available if you want good quality & almost zero problems during gameplay. These are very reliable and are worth paying more for. I have always enjoyed playing all my PS3 games with these controllers.

There are numerous PS3 aftermarket controllers, but the truth is, you'll exchange quality in order to save a few dollars over the Sony OEM controller. No matter what you're gaming level (and I'm no hard core gamer), you'll appreciate not having the frustrations that come with cheap controllers.

Although my PS 3 is black I still liked the blue color for this controller. It came partially charged but I hooked it up and let it charge while I played COD. This is a replacement for my old controller that failed after many years of use. I still can't beat a Sony original controller.

playing with a dual shock pad is better than the conventional one. I find it more enjoying. Plus the vibration feels like you're in the action. So when playing a first person shooter, get the edge.

The blue dual shock 3 controller is a great addition to anyone looking to change the normal black color scheme up a bit. It functions the same as all other DS3 controllers, so there's nothing special there, but it's fun to switch the colors around.

Controller is a little pricey, but last what you pay for.

My kids have keep beating up our older controllers, so occasionally you need to buy a new one. Nothing like the Dual-Shock 3 controller by Sony. Certain items have to be from the manufacturer...Great battery life and it will last a long time...

Needed another controller for our PS3. Best buy price matched and made my purchase a no brainer. Haven't found a bad original PS3 controller yet. Can't say the same about 3rd party controllers though. If you need another controller for your PS3 or PS4 (for that matter), you can never go wrong by getting the original ones that are made for them.

The Sony PS3 controllers are good quality. I've had a lot of them over the years and the battery outlasts the controller. I've never broken the actual controls through rigorous playing, only by stepping on the controller. The only reason why I don't give the controller five stars is due to the cable connector on the controller, as this seems to be the only weak point on it. Over a long time constantly plugging the cable in and pulling it out can make it loose, and when it gets too loose it fails to charge. Take care with the cable and connector and the controller will last a very long time.

I will only buy authentic Sony controllers for my PS3. This controller does what it's supposed to do. Great feel and reaction. Also, like the feel of this controller. Not slippery at all.

I've had one of these for a long time but needed to buy a second one. Controller works great but must admit the price is a little high for my liking especially since this is for the ps3

My original controller for PlayStation three finally went out. Parents bought me the same item 2 years ago for Christmas it's still working great so I bought one replace my original.

Needed to replace my original PS3 controllers. I could only find these locally. They work great. They are original Sony PS3 controllers so setup was easy and haven't had any issues.

Couldn't find the red one, but the blue is just as cool. Rumble controller is nice. Price is still to high for being out of date.

This controller is the only one that can hold up in the gamers world. I have 4 boys plus all their friends and this controlled has lasted all the different games on the PS3.

This controller looks great in blue. A nice change from the black controller. This does not come with the charge cord which was my only complaint. Battery life is phenomenal.
