I've used these head phones while running a dozen times and have experimented with the different sized ear bud attachments. No matter what I do one bud never stays firmly in place for more than give minutes. It won't fall out completely and the audio is good enough that I can still hear, but it is annoying. It is nice that you can take phone calls with these headphones, but the microphone does not seem to be as strong as Apple's so the person the other end may have trouble hearing you now and then.

Designed for working out but do not stay in the ear. Constantly readjusting.

I sweat a lot when I work out because I am normally doing high intensity cardio. (When I hit the gym and do cardio for instance, I burn about 1,100 calories in a hour.) These earbuds have survived my monster amounts of sweat, but I have never been very happy with the fit. Sure, I've tried the other silicone tips to get a perfect fit, but after about 5-10 minutes the sweat starts to flow and they fall out of my ears. They stay on my ears, but the buds fall out which results in me fumbling with them, trying to push them back it. A minute later, I'm pushing them back it. Good design if the engineer behind these had the objective of keeping them looped on your ears, but the buds don't stay pressed in. Sound was fine too me. Sure, they're not going to sound as good as over-ear headphones, but duh... they're earbuds. I'm in search of a new set... I'm willing to spend more for a better fit.

The sound quality out of these is actually quite good. The only complaint that i have is that the adjustable fit is just tightening the cable around your ear but nothing really holds it in place so it tends to loosen with motion. i find myself having to readjust quite a bit when I'm running.
