I've been using them for less than 2 weeks and there's already a shortage in the wiring causing the audio to come in and out....I have to constantly adjust the wire with my hand to return to uninterrupted play.

Had for about a week and a half before the left ear bud completely stopped working. Then when I tried to return/exchange them I was told I had to go through the manufacturer?? When did Best Buy stop accepting returns/exchanges within 30 days?! Don't waste your money.
