This is my first ever product review, spurred on by the unfortunate experience I have with this product.
I purchased these headphones looking for a set I could use at work and traveling. I received my headphones on February 28, 2018. Within 3 weeks, the right speaker had lost approximately 90% of its volume and the wiring was getting loose coming into the play/pause button area. This required me to fiddle with the wiring that connected to the button in order to get the sound at full standard volume in the left speaker. A week later, the left headphone has lost about half its standard volume permanently. I do not listen to loud music (usually orchestral), and I need to hear my phone and such over the music at work, thus keeping the volume lower.
In the end, this product was fantastic for 2 weeks. I used them quite often, and I fully expected and accepted they would tangle easily, which they did. However, the speakers randomly losing volume is frustrating, especially within the first month of ownership.
I would suggest shelling out an extra $15-$25 and obtaining a set of well-built headphones or earbuds.

The earbud works fine but the sound quality is not that great and the soft plastic covers that goes inside the ear canal appears to be very flimsy, keep turning inside out. Additional covers have been provided with earbuds. For the price, it is an acceptable buy.
