Doesn't work well with a Motorola phone, prong doesn't make good connection, volume control button not good.

When I tried to turn the volume up on the earbuds it would not go up-returned the item

It worked fine for about 2 months, then the one side you could barely hear from. I thought it would last longer due to being Sony.

Cheap but they work. They make the person on the other end sound muffled. I only needed them for when I go to the gym so I won't be doing much talking anyway

I assumed Sony would have good quality and will run for long time. But, after a month of use, the wire has given up and voice breaks up a lot like usual ordinary ear phone wires.

The sound started degrading after a couple of months of use. I could barely hear it even with full volume.

Decent ear buds, I use them for work but the sound quality is closely relatable to a dollar store headset. ( very Muffled)

Average headphones to listen to musics if you so dish . I mean wish but my phone keeps autocorrecting dish .. annoying

Usually these kinds of headphone last me for several years, but these ones dies after like 5 months.

These ear buds keep falling out of your ears even while you are sitting. Would not buy them again. Also they are not noise reduction ad they claim.

These earbuds are affordable, comfortable, and durable. They have a decent sound quality and a built-in microphone. They work well with Bluetooth devices and computers. They also come with extra ear gels for a better fit. They are a good choice for casual listening and everyday use.

Didn't last long. Worked for about three weeks and one side stopped working.

I was very disappointed with this product. Only one side worked right. Nothing like broken equipment right out of the box!

These are not designed for a person to move around much. They only lasted a few weeks. I went with a different brand.

It’s a joke pair of headphones. Don’t take them seriously

I have had a pair of the Sony EX14AP earbuds for several days now. They sound good for earbuds that cost under $20 dollars. One "test song" I used was the rock song "Knights of Cydonia", by Muse. I could hear those deep bass sounds at the beginning of the song. Not all earbuds out there can do a good job at playing back those deeper bass sounds. There is none of the boomy mid-bass "bloat" either. The treble is clear, without being too piercing and shrill. Basically, I have tried several different brands of earbuds over the years, and the Sony ones might be my favorite. Another "test song" I tried is the R&B song "Apple Tree", by Erykah Badu. The bass and beat sounded fine and didn't become distorted. The vocals sounded clear through these earbuds. Again.. decent, balanced sound. Headphones that cost up to $50 dollars or more may sound better. I can say that I am quite pleased with these Sony EX14AP earbuds that I found on sale though. I had thought about getting the Sony "extra bass" earbuds. The EX14AP was on sale though, and I think that I have a preference to a more balanced flat EQ sound, as opposed to a "smiley" EQ. These earbuds are comfortable and light, and actually stay in my ears. They do a decent job at blocking some of the outside noise as well. As for durability, I can't speak about that yet. The cord is rather thin, and yes, does appear to be rather flimsy. With cheaper earbuds though, and especially if you are lucky enough to find them on sale, you can simply get two or three pairs and always have a spare.

These earphones didn't last long. No longer able to charge them after 2 months.
