My father needed some for his Kindle and his laptop, and he likes these.

Comfortable in the ears, very good sound, noise cancelling is about 50 to 60% unless you ratchet up the sound. I have bought wireless, and countless other headphones because use them for white noise at night. iPod ear buds should pick up on the Sony design and the price. $30 is a bargain for these

Works perfect. Bought one for my Son and he uses it al the time, light in weight and excellent sound.

These little guys are surprisingly good for the price. They sound great, and have a decent amount of noise isolation. I use them on the subway, and it's very easy to block out the outside world. I wish they'd last a little longer than they do (around 6-7 months on average), but for the price, they're more than fine.
Great! We are really glad you like your new Sony headphones. We appreciate your time and feedback. -Vincent

Decent earphones but have thin wires

Decent earphones, the wires are thin but so far they have been holding good. They do have decent sound quality and also mic quality. With high quality wireless earphones becoming more affordable I don't think I will buy another wired earphone going forward.

While they sound good, and LOOK JUST LIKE the last pair of Sony earbuds I bought, imagine my HUGE surprise to find out that the small in-line control ONLY stops and starts music, video, whatever.. These phones DO NOT have a volume control on them. What the heck is up with that?
