Great sound but long cord

And I was happy to see that it came with two extra sets of different- sized earbuds. The only problem is that the cord is way too long, so I have to wrap it up to shorten it. I would only recommend this item to men or tall people.

Scheduled an appointment to replace product at Best Buy. Customer Service Representative at Best Buy informed me (Sony - MDREX14AP Wired Earbud Headphones - Black) warranty couldn't be redeemed in store for replacement. However, (prior to scheduling appointment) the warranty tech support representative instructed me that the product would be exchanged for a new pair? Totally dissatisfied with warranty; therefore, I politely walked away & purchased a new pair in store upon leaving the customer service area.
